Perfect location. Near to the tram .. bs station and nice view from hotel. The breakfast was good and superb ! Love this hotel and worth it the the price .

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Grand Hotel Cravat.
The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, and the view from the room was very nice, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

I feel decisived by those rated this place 9/10. The staff were incredibly helpful but the building was extremely old and not convenient. I felt disappointed in the room because it didn’t have an actual window (the window was on the light well) even though it was a superior single room and on trip.com it shows a proper window. Though the receptionist wanted to give me a better room but it was not available. For that price easily I could find a more comfortable room in the hotels nearby and the location does not matter due to the good public transportation in the city. Everything in the room was quite old and some didn’t even work well. The elevator was quite slow. I will never book such a place again even if it will be the only option in the city. It literally ruined my trip to that city besides they took a deposit of 250 euros that eventually was refunded but I felt like everything in the room could be literally bought for that much in a second hand shop.
Again this is not about the staff, they were truly polite and helpful and the room itself was clean enough.

Great location, very cental.
Hotel room very noisy though as Xmas market right outside. No instructions for the window blinds so spent the 1st night with no sleep at all due to noise and light.
One particular reception staff member was very abrupt and unfriendly. A course on customer service and a smile would help.

Hotel is good situated near city center and parks. Hotel is big but has only restaurant for breakfast and bar and some gold shops as amenities. Breakfast is kinda modest compared to other 4 stars. The building is kinda old and the room had some smell from pipes which required opening windows even it’s cold, room service tried to solve it but it really depends on building. The personnel is friendly, kind and eager to help.

It's a nice hotel in an excellent location in the city center. A short trip to both the train station and the airport. Good breakfast, slightly limited but high-quality. The fruit was delicious.
