One thing I definitely have to commend the hotel for: I accidentally left my car keys on the sofa by the entrance and only realized they were missing when I got back late. I rushed to the front desk, and even though the shift had changed, they thankfully found them in a drawer. Even more coincidentally, I met the family who found the keys right there at the front desk. Everyone was so kind, and I'm incredibly grateful. Losing them would have absolutely ruined our entire trip!
Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner was just ok.
generally, i would recommend this place and would stay again.
lastly its important to note: they originally tried to give me a different room than the one i had booked (of course one 'inferior'). the staff tried to say that there was nothign to be done as the platforms (such as Trip, Booking, etc) "oversell" rooms and then the hotel can't fulfil this request .... this is the first i've come across something like this, and after some insisting, i was placed in the room i booked. still, this left a strange note for the start of my trip.
