Very pleasant stay! welcoming staff, comfortable room, good food, and a great breakfast buffet. Only downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection

I checked into the hotel in early December. First, my room key wouldn't open the door. Second, the hotel was under renovation and very noisy. There were power outages at least three times that night. The next morning, the check-out counter didn't have cash to give me change; I waited about fifteen minutes and they charged me 6000 Ari ari, which was different from the 2038 Ari ari I paid online. There were no English-speaking staff members present. Also, I left my email address for proof of stay, but I haven't received a reply to this day. 🙈

Good hotel. Staff are welcoming. Had a good stay for our first time in Tana. Near to street shopping. Only -ve point is since it is a busy area there is quite a bit of noise outside hotel which can be heard in the rooms.

An oasis in the city
We enjoyed the spa, the staff and the bar. The city can be overwheling and the helpful staff coordinated transport, and facitotates great relaxation in the pool and spa. Wonderful time.

Disgraceful. The AC in our room ‘stopped working’ every night, coincidentally at the same time and for the same number of hours despite the electricity still going… And even if you tell reception, they do nothing to fix it. Would not recommend, better off in a hotel that doesn’t cut ac during peak summer for their guests.

Nice and large room. The AC was not as powerful as I expected. The refrigerator was not working. Restaurants have good food selection.
