I stay 3 nights here. In General the People of Madagascar are loving people so I'm not surprised that the staff here are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is nice and I try some other food in their menu which was nice too with beautiful presentation. The rooms are well kept and standard and there's free high-speed Internet

Best Hotel since 4 Years, especially in relation to its price. Not new and renewable, but nice old style classic, massive furniture, big rooms, wonderful beds, rooms and bathrooms. Very nice people at reception and service.

I only went to their restaurant and spa. Restaurant is lousy. Spa is decent. I ordered a fresh orange juice and got a glass of artificial goo with about a ton of sugar and thickeners. Restaurant at Central Tana much better though a bit pricier but by no means expensive.

Very helpful staff and updated hotel. Reserved two nonsmoking suites but one was on a nosmoking floor and the one on the smoking floor still smelled of stale smoke. I love this place. Welcoming guys at the door, very helpful carrying your baggage. Nice staff at the reception desk. Very clean room. I had to change my room, and the room maids were so helpful. I strongly recommend this place. With restaurants all around, supermarkets next door, the flee market is 50 meters away and ATM all around. There is no better place to stay.

Located few kilometres away from the Presidential palace. Tana hotel is a beautiful place to stay. If you are spending the night in Antananarivo, I'll recommend this. The meals are also wonderful. It is good to add that it is also very secured due to its proximity to the Centre of Administration. The receptionists and attendants also speak English in case your french is not so good.

Nice pool helpful staff Oceana and Adonis were great . I booked a room with a kitchrn howrver this had no cutlery or even a glass or cup or plate which was dissaponting . However staff were helpful and massage was great and very reasonable price

The hotel is nice for what you pay. The beds are comfortable, it has hot water, the restaurant is reasonably priced etc. Its close to the airport and the airport shuttle is excellent. The staff are also very friendly and will help. The hotel is not very close to Tana centre, which was fine for me but something to be aware of. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained.

This place was worth the money, to be honest if I had stayed here my first day in Tana, I would have switched hotels, but then again it’s probably good I did so people would read my reviews 😎

Combava is near the airport and a series of rice paddies. We stayed here as we had ongoing domestic flights. When my husband was ill with food poisoning, the staff quickly arranged a doctor to visit us in our room to make a diagnosis, and he was subsequently taken to a hospital. We enjoyed two nights here. A pool would have been nice. The architecture of the building is a bit hard to understand. Wifi is patchy. Staff is really helpful. We stayed twice, in two different rooms. Number 12 was very run down; the water faucet didn't work, the room was full of mosquitoes, and the mosquito net was broken. The second time we stayed in room 16, which is very nice; it feels like another hotel. The restaurant is good, serving French cuisine. Breakfast service is very slow. The hotel is completely isolated, outside of town.

It was a bit chaotic when we arrived as a wedding function was finishing off and the car park was full. The hotel has many stairs and no lift. The rooms/suits are very large and comfortable. The restaurant's setting is truly unique and beautifully decorated. It's very comfortable and relaxing. I discovered a wonderful menu with a wide selection. Both my main course and dessert were perfect. I would also give a special mention to the quality of the welcome and service. I will definitely return, perhaps with a stay at the hotel which offers themed rooms!

The room is quite big and clean overall. The bathroom is also OK. It is quite convenient to go out for dinner. There are choices around. The room is cleaned every day. The overall is beyond expectation.

The photographs on the web turned out to be misleading. The place is very basic, the pool doesn't look clean. However, the service and security are great. I'd recommend organizing your own transportation.

I visited this place some weeks ago courtesy, a friend of mine. We had a nice time here. This place is very peaceful, and security here is very good. However, I'm a bit concerned about the narrow nature of the access roads here. Anyway, drivers are able to maneuver their way through so it seems not to be an issue to residents here. Pretty basic rooms, we booked at the beginning and end of our holiday. At the end we had to negotiate an extra room because the hotel had no triple rooms available, despite having booked weeks in advance. The plumbing is not the best (cold showers in some rooms, running water not available in all rooms during our stay) Location is however great and the staff were helpful, food decent

The hotel is alright, nothing special but comfortable enough, with WiFi and an amazing restaurant (!) in a central location. The staff can help arrange a pick up from/to the airport for 80.000 ar and there is always a taxi in front of the hotel to bring you around (for quite expensive fares). Would come back but maybe not my first choice. Good value for money.

The rooms are old and can be quite noisy in the mornings. Power and water outages are common, but the hotel doesn't start its generator until the morning. They also leave several buckets of backup water in each room for emergency use. For a hotel in this price range, it's quite acceptable.

Accommodation, room very small, but for 30 francs, you can't expect more. Breakfast was good. Water supply poor, and so far, no hot water for showering.

To be honest, Google's ratings are a bit inaccurate. The room was nice and good value for money. The difference might be due to a change in management of the housekeeping department. Everything was very clean, and I'd definitely come back. The restaurant food was also good.
