The hotel is conveniently located about 7 km outside of the city center. Across the street is a shopping mall with a food court and supper market. The staff are warm and helpful. I would like to praise Ravaka, Soviafa , Notiavina and served others whose name I cannot recall. The breakfast is good. Kitchen staff are nice and serve well. A pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Great experience staying here. The pool spa and gym are incredible. It also had a dream and sauna. Tono and Panel were very kind and helpful.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Novotel Convention & Spa Antananarivo. The service was mind blowing from reception to restaurant, to the spa. A special shout out to Notiavina and Ravaka at the reception. They were exceptional. The food in the restaurant was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment at the Spa. I will definitely come back. I am super sold.

The hotel is fantastic; we were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. Check-in was quick, and the staff member only needed my passport; otherwise, everything was well-organized for us.

Perfect stay in Novotel in antananarivo, the hotel in city center and there is a shopping mall front of hotel.

After all the adventures on Madagascar we booked our last 3 nights here to relax and it was the perfect spot for that. Pools are on a smaller side for hotel but since we were only ones using them they were perfect. Food was good, lots of options for the breakfast.

I stay 3 nights here. In General the People of Madagascar are loving people so I'm not surprised that the staff here are very nice and helpful. I love this place. Welcoming guys at the door, very helpful carrying your baggage. Nice staff at the reception desk. Very clean room. I had to change my room, and the room maids were so helpful. I strongly recommend this place. With restaurants all around, supermarkets next door, the flee market is 50 meters away and ATM all around. There is no better place to stay.

Located few kilometres away from the Presidential palace. Tana hotel is a beautiful place to stay. If you are spending the night in Antananarivo, I'll recommend this. The meals are also wonderful. It is good to add that it is also very secured due to its proximity to the Centre of Administration. The receptionists and attendants also speak English in case your french is not so good.

The staff members are always very kind and helpful. Very clean and cozy room. The place is perfect for business meetings and is very well situated. I always stay here during my trip to Madagascar and I would highly recommend it to other people travelling for business.

I only went to their restaurant and spa. Restaurant is lousy. Spa is decent. I ordered a fresh orange juice and got a glass of artificial goo with about a ton of sugar and thickeners. Restaurant at Central Tana much better though a bit pricier but by no means expensive.

Very good. We stayed 1 night before our flight back to Mauritius. The personal is very good and kind. I had an issue with my charger, they kindly went out and bought one for me (i paid and tipped). Nice, spacious room, loved the pool and geberal feel of the place. The gym was disappointing (no free weights, only a few very old cardio machines). Shuttle to airport practical and appreciated.

I would give this hotel an "excellent" rating were it not for the restaurant, which seems pretentious. Otherwise, excellent room, great sleep quality, lovely grounds and not far from the airport. Good staff too.

This property is a little gem inside a brick wall city. The pool was a welcome relief, the massages were enjoyable and very well priced. The morning breakfast was excellent with multiple options including gluten free choices. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly and ready to serve. The rooms were clean but not all rooms have mosquito netting around the bed.

Everything was wonderful. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. The spa was great. The massage was amazing and it was a great start to my Madagascar adventure.

Great location in city centre. Stayed within 2 weeks of protests but felt very safe walking in the district. Lift was out of order but room on level 1, so no problem. Really excellent breakfast and charming staff. Rooms not large but with all facilities working.

I received numerous emails and other forms of contact from customer service before I left home; the service was excellent.

Excellent property I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar was delicious for every meal. I highly recommend it.

Last minute booking and the hotel upgrades us in a suite because they had no standard room! Very friendly staff!!!Also suggested us a great driver with a great car,excellent guide,Mr FINARITRA,who showed us the Madagascar hospitality!!!

Large rooms with great showers! The roof top bar has great drinks, snacks and lovely views! Dinner was nice in their restaurant. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am, no staff showed up until 6:30am which was frustrating.

Because we had to go from Thane to Morondava, we stayed in the hotel for one night. Overall, it was good (the surrounding environment was relatively messy), but the service attitude was very satisfactory. Our transportation was arranged to leave at 5 o'clock in the morning, and they actually helped us. It’s so thoughtful to prepare breakfast to take away!

Been here two weeks. Excellent breakfast, very nice staff, excellent location, rooms are very small but moder and efficient. Sometimes they forget to provide water, or toilet amenities and you need to ask reception.

It's in a slightly scary section of town. The staff only seems to like if you speak French. Our other hotels had a safe dedicated parking area, away from the beggers. I didn't see that option here. The spa services cost way more than comparable hotels. On the plus side, the room was very nice and clean.

This hotel is located on a hillside and the view from the room was really pretty. The room was nice and cosy. The bathroom was modern, and clean. The staff is very kind here, they are smiling and helpful. The breakfast is not very versatile, but if you spend here just few nights, it's ok.

Located in an old area of the city, this is a comfortable hotel with good views, friendly staff, decent food and spacious rooms. The bed is a bit firm for our tastes and the shower pressure can be a bit hit and miss. As you really can’t drink, or even clean your teeth in the tap water, not supplying free bottled water is a real drawback - this should be an essential inclusion.

The staff were very friendly and professional, they could not have been kinder. The hotel is very clean and the rooms very comfortable. I stayed here 3 times while travelling around the country and would do so again.

The rooms are pretty fancy and have everything you need. The mattresses are comfortable and the hotel is pretty quiet, even while it is very close to the airport. This is perfect when you want to stay close to the airport. The food was very tasteful and the breakfast buffet was absolutely nice.
