Several things were broken in the room, which they fixed; overdue maintenance throughout the building; shabby elevator, hallways, etc., but the location is good.

Old and dirty.
Huge disappointment: moldy walls, suspicious stains on the beds… We arrived at 1:30 am and had no other option but to stay. We ended up sleeping well, but I certainly won't be back… The bathroom ventilation system is so bad that we got all the smoke from the smokers on the terrace above as if they were in the room. The only positive point is that the hotel is fairly well located, with a 24-hour reception, which is why we chose it. Friendly staff. But overall, it's really in poor condition. I think there are much better options for the same price.

No hot water. No hair dryer. Safe box is broken. Good location. I would really like to give it 1 star, but since it's cheap, I have to give it 2 stars. Good location.

Shorcoming
1. Door safety lock (dari dalam) rosak. Unable to safely latch the main door.
2. No door in shower room - causing floor wet and slippery (I slipped & almost fall down - dangerous for warga emas)
3. No coffee or tea courtesy service (Small point but means a lot)
NOTE: I did not find any of the above when I stayed there before (previously).

This room looked good in pictures, however the place was dirty. The shower wouldn’t stay on. There were cockroaches. This is a run down and noisy place.

I am satisfied. The staff is also very friendly. Amenities are all available and delivered directly to the room. Close to the mall so it's easy to find food. Overall is ok.
