The room was very tidy, and check-in was smooth. The front desk staff added me on WeChat and sent me important information and tips, which made communication very easy. I especially want to praise them for this: I left a small bag (with my ID card) on the plane, and the front desk helped me contact the airport. They told me I could go to the lost and found in the main hall, and sure enough, I found it! I'm incredibly grateful!

Very close proximity to gaya street morning market, malls, and also eateries. Despite situated on a roadside, we were able to sleep comfortably at night as we could hardly hear the sound from the night market. The receptionist is also quite friendly and toiletries were provided upon request. Definitely recommend everyone to stay here

Staff politeness and friendly. Comfortable bed, clean room, and a great central location. Very convenient for walking to Gaya Street and nearby eateries.

The hotel is strategically located near the night market, with easy access to various eateries and souvenir shops. The room was clean and well maintained, and the service provided by the staff was professional. The pricing is affordable and offers good value for money. One minor limitation is that the elevator is relatively small, which may cause slight inconvenience during peak hours.

Although the room was small, it was very comfortable. The hotel is in a prime location on Gaya Street, super close to the jetty, Suria Sabah Mall, and the Central Market. Downstairs, there are various Bak Kut Teh and Sang Yuk Mian (pork noodle) stalls, as well as local restaurants, which is very convenient. 👍 On Friday and Saturday evenings, there's the Gaya Street Night Market, and on Sunday mornings, there's a morning market. There is no night market at other times.

This is my 2nd time stay because of so easy to find delicious food around, very strategic location, just that hard to park car and need ‘luck’ haha..

A nice, cozy hotel perfect for a short trip with friends. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the famous Filipino Market, where you can enjoy fresh seafood in KK. There are also plenty of great eateries within the hotel’s surrounding area.

Having nice stay here for 2 nights. Clean and comfy room. Located at Gaya street easy access to nearby shops and mall like Wisma Merdeka and Suria.
