I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Bed was very comfy, slept like a baby.
The staff were welcoming, they help us with our luggages. Location is good as well…just a short walk to the Philippine market and close to a bank, which was very convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area😍

I booked this hotel because of its location nearby anjung kinabalu the Philippines market. The room is spacious and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
However, the hotel have no lift to the upper floors and you have to take stairs to your room. I travelled with my aunt and she is already 64y.o and having difficulty climbing up stairs. They gave us room on 2nd floor, but upon my request they change us to 1st floor almost immediately.
Not an elderly and wheelchair friendly.
Overall, good and comfortable stay. I would have repeat a stay here if i come with my frens.

A really great affordable hotel, especially for trips with friends and family. Location is close to the Philippine market and also a bank.
I enjoyed my time there with my friends and definitely recommend it to those looking for accommodation in Kota Kinabalu.
The room was clean and spacious, I stayed in the ensuite queen bedroom and requested for an extra mattress, perfect for a group of 3/4.

For the money room's more than ample and you couldn't have a better location for a short stay. Easy access to the Waterfront and eateries around the place.
Previous guest must have left milk in the bag fridge and it took me some time to find out where the bad odour was coming from. Ooh btw the WiFi kept dropping off, even after I had front desk came to reset the modem, which is a little bit frustrating to say the least. Having said that I'd still come back again. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time round.

The room is cozy.. but the heater provided in my room isn't working and I need to go to my friend's room for water heater. Still 5 ⭐ for the room.

This hotel very suitable for single person holiday or more,even family holiday also good,limited tv channels,got hot water to bath,staff are very friendly,price under rm150 not too much,got Wi-Fi.....near center point but outside have fish smell not recommended open window........

Stayed here on a girls trip! Great place to stay on a budget.

Aircond little bit leaking, no coffee tea was provided (maybe safe cost) ,drinking water need to go at lobby area ,luckily they provide bottles for guests, WiFi were slow,can hear next room sound(chit chatting)..Channel TV were local only, sometimes lagging..Telephone not working...
To the hotel owner, please do something on your room, please purchase new towel,how come towels were provided were torn some more have hair on it..don't be stingy to invest on your business...again FYI...

Is a good hotel and affordable price but hotel must make sure the toilet are clean. Over all are good.

Attended some meetings here. For a basic hotel, it ticks all the needs. Lots of convenience store and restaurants around. A big mall is minutes away. My meeting was at LeMeridien Hotel, which was 3 mins walk. The manager and staff were courteous . Rooms were clean.

Good affordable food here, however the pizzas are too small, Especially with a group of 6. It was a bit of a culture shock as I'm from Sydney. We do it big in Sydney.

Sometimes went there for its Pizza Hut Lunch Xpress. Price starts from Rm10.90. Value for money. As usual always tastes good. Staff service to customers are good.
