This hotel is suitable for those on a budget and is comfortable enough. It's located downtown, surrounded by many shops and a lively atmosphere. But the stairs are incredibly steep and quite a climb!

It's be better if put on a jug kittle in every room for make easily every customer to make a coffee or tea, and secondly please change the toilet handle outside to place at inside for towel hanging (right side)

The location was excellent, and it was very convenient to find places to eat. However, the room's soundproofing was poor, and the bed sheets were a bit dirty.

elevator is not provided, it is very tiring to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor, there is no water heater. this hotel is not good as a place to spend the night.

Lunch time and weekends usually crowded there. But the staff most of the time is fast and helpful to customers. Great place to enjoy dinner.

Good affordable food here, however the pizzas are too small, Especially with a group of 6. It was a bit of a culture shock as I'm from Sydney. We do it big in Sydney.

Sometimes went there for its Pizza Hut Lunch Xpress. Price starts from Rm10.90. Value for money. As usual always tastes good. Staff service to customers are good.
