This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It might partly be my fault because the rating was very low and I still booked the hotel, but I had no choice as it was an emergency.

Here is what happened:
I booked the hotel around 9pm and went to check in at 10pm. The receptionist told me that the hotel was fully booked and there was no room for me. I was shocked and frustrated, and I asked why the platform was not closed if the hotel was already full. I asked why this was happening, but the staff replied in a very rude tone. I had to tell him to speak to me properly because his behavior was extremely rude.

Then, he shouted at me, saying “TAK KISAH LAH,” threw a tantrum, and slammed the paper on the table. This behavior was completely unacceptable.

Is this how customers should be treated? Of course, I did not expect much from a 2-star hotel, but basic manners should still be expected.

Please, DO NOT book this hotel.

Blackout and card malfunction until I change another room. Located near Aeon Mall and Tesco. Plenty of restaurants and shops but quite far from the old town(＞5km). Public transport is not efficient thus this hotel is probably only good for local tourists and those with cars. Provide portable water and lift.

I am very unhappy with my stay! I had been staying for 2 night.. asking for room services after day 1.. but the floor(corner is with cigarettes butt!) not a recommended stay if u on a business trip!

The most lousy hotel in Ipoh. Aircond not cold. And found out the aircond no service at all. Refer to the photo attached. Please don't select this hotel for ur vacation. Will be a very upset and disappointment... 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The only bright side of the booking is that it is opposite Tesco Ipoh. Other than that, bad. The room is so cramped, i booked for a 4 person stay, didn't expect to get a room so small because 2 queen beds were squeeze in the room for the stay, i paid for a quad-room! No basic toiletteries provided, tv channel is not working, my bedsheet got a stain/burnt mark in it. The water heater is so noisy. Lucky they provide towels (hope they were clean ones).

Not worth for price. Really upset after got in. Very small and compact room with small Queen size bed.
Dirty Toilet tub, Dirty Hand Wash Basin and Smelly Bathroom . Wall paints all peeled off . Too expensive

I've been duped by the picture, it is wayyyyyy smaller than it looks!!! The paints on the wall are peeled off / chipped. TV remote is not working. However the room is comfy enough & clean. But even though it is quite cheap, I won't consider to stay here again. The size is too small to be considered as a room; no matter how cheap it is. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED (unless you are single, and desperate enough)

Bad hotel. Family room so cramped. Mo place for bags or to move around. Sheets were dirty. And the rent room by the hour too.
