Ritz Garden Hotel Ipoh in Ipoh

For business traveller, just an overnight stay, place to shower and sleep, nothing much to complaint, especially with the reasonable rate. Simple² hotel.

I booked this hotel through Trip.com. It was an overrated hotel. Once we arrived in the hotel only we got to know that they will only change the bedsheets and pillow covers two days once. We did ask the staff and they told us that they have changed the bedspread just recently. I had no choice so we stayed there . The toilet was not very clean. The skybridge walk from the car park to the hotel was horrifying. Totally we were not satisfied.Not recommended at all.

Loved how this hotel was set out.Our room was small but comfy.

Good Budget Stay in Ipoh

After a long drive, I chose Ritz Garden Hotel Ipoh for a short rest. The hotel is centrally located near Ipoh city and heritage attractions. Early morning check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful in guiding parking at the back of the building.

The lobby looks nice, and free parking is provided via an internal sky bridge. The room was clean with no unpleasant smell. Although there was no window and soundproofing was average, the lighting, air conditioning, and bed were comfortable enough for a good rest. The bathroom was clean with good hot water pressure. Heated water and drinking water were provided for coffee, along with complete basic toiletries.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, but facilities like a swimming pool and gym are available. Karaoke facilities did not disturb the stay. Overall, a good value-for-money option for budget travelers or short stays in Ipoh.

Another memorable stay was in Ipoh. It was a last-minute booking while we were on the way from Kuala Perlis and needed to stop somewhere before heading back to JB. We had just spent New Year’s in Penang to celebrate the new year and were looking for a hotel where we could check in late. Luckily, we managed to find this place.

The hotel was about two hours away, and what really stood out was how flexible the check-in was. We were allowed to check in anytime before 6 a.m. and check out before 12 p.m., which was perfect for our travel schedule. We eventually checked in around 2 p.m., and the whole process was very smooth and convenient.

The price was very reasonable, and we honestly had no complaints about the room—it was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price we paid. It was a much-needed stay for my husband and me to rest and recharge before continuing our long drive back to JB. Overall, it was a simple but very satisfying stay.

Very small toilet abit hard to navigate. Very friendly customer service. Overall ok.

Very Convinient location with parking available. In the middle of the city. Easy access to restaurant, clinic and fuel pam.

It's just okay for a short vacation and stay. They also provide parking for customers at the next building but with limited space.
