We're booking this hotel for 2 nights 350RM. totally disappointed cause i think same budget we get a better hotel then this room. Water drops from the ceiling when using the washroom on the upper floor. Anyone try to avoid this hotel.

Room are too small..service are not well... pillow and blanket too dirty…not comfortable to sleep.too noisy bz downstairs got night club.

It's room is so narrow and not comfortable for the guest.In the room various of insects and a lot of corcaroches .The main reason of the condition of the hotel is no lift and no staffs.We have to carry our luggage to the third floor.I thought this hotel is never ever favour for us

This hotel come with weird smell, booked this room on weekend and the room condition is very bad. Used towel hanging on the wall, blood stained bedsheets, dirty toilet, used tissue on the toilet floor and desks, xxx packaging on the floor, etc. No refund is allowed since we booked this hotel online. 🤢

the price is good but the facilities aint. i had to go upstairs to get to the hotel. the environment aint comfortable tho. but for backpacker it is good enough.

The location was superb in center of Bukit Bintang. Above local food restaurant. Very cheap if rent for more than 30 days but the room is small and a bit noisy during night time.

Nice eatery of western dishes and also few local ones, always consistent flavours throughout after so many years in this business, which not many eateries out there manage to keep such a consistency over time. Very satisfying indeed and really worth the money spent dining here.

I was here for lunch buffet. about 50dishes. it was nice, the place was spacious. We were seated in a more private area to celebrate a birthday. staff are friendly and attentive. food taste good. alcohol served.

Breakfast was at Shook. The spread of the breakfast is nice. There is a nice freshly squeeze juice bar. The egg dept do have egg benedict. Overall good breakfast area.

Pricier end of Japanese food and quality is good, slightly better than average. The sets are ok and the ala carte choices are on higher end prices as well. Serving size is sufficient but could be more generous.
