The hotel are not so bad. but the staff guy he is so lazy to do his work. its "AHMED" his name asked to change cheet metrad and pillows but he didn't do it after he say yes,and he cheated 5Rm for the room every day to his pocket from us we know the real price later.He still run out many times for his gray business not stand at work. He treated the guest like we are there for free room ha ha. He takes care only the guest who supports his business. I don't know why landlord of hostel still keeping him therefore!!! I have been there 2 times this year but still the same not thing better. Only the wall is changed to be nice...!!

I wanted to share my recent experience staying at the Oasis Guest House, which I booked through your platform. Upon arrival on April 7th, 2024, around 4 p.m., my friend and I encountered an issue with check-in. Despite our timely arrival, there was nobody at the reception, and we had to wait an unusually long time to secure our room. This delayed start to our stay was certainly inconvenient and set a disappointing tone for our visit. Furthermore, once we were finally settled into our room, we were dismayed to find that the accommodations did not meet our expectations. The room was uncomfortably hot, and despite our request for an air-conditioned room, we were informed that none were available. This lack of a basic amenity greatly detracted from our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. Based on our experience, I sincerely advise against booking a stay at the Oasis Guest House. While I understand that issues can arise in any accommodation, the combination of poor service and inadequate facilities made our visit less than satisfactory. Thank you for considering my feedback.
