On arrival, we waited at the lobby with our luggage for 30 minutes waiting for receptionist. It turns out that after 6pm, there is no receptionist at the hotel and any service has to be requested from Kaani Beach hotel 5 minutes walk away.
We had a similarly bad experience with check-out and airport transfer process, where the staff did not accurately communicate where we need to go for the shuttle and we nearly missed our boat as a result.
On a positive note, the breakfast has good variety and the hotel location is great.
