It was our first time at the resort and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was fantastic. Peaceful, with magnificent views and delicious and varied food. There are some minor downsides, of course: the location is far from Male and it's impossible to swim at low tide. Otherwise, everything was top-notch. I recommend it.

I could use this space to write about how stunning and scenic Hakuraa Huraa is, it truly is paradise! But honestly, what made my stay unforgettable wasn’t just the views, it was the incredible people who made me feel so welcome.
From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond. Hussain kept my room spotless every day and always greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly chat.
Then there’s the amazing dining crew – Ricardo, Fairooz, Dhaain, Shifaz, Ayaash, Ninanno and Raufa, who turned every meal into a joyful experience. Breakfast, lunch, dinner… they didn’t just serve food, they served laughter, great conversations, and genuine care.
A huge shoutout to Sous Chef Chathuranga and the kitchen team. When they found out I was vegetarian, they created personalised dishes just for me and checked in constantly to make sure I was happy. And Thara – wow! The desserts and breakfasts were mouth watering and out of this world. Thara not only catered to my diabetes but also greeted me every day with warmth, smiles, and chats that made me feel like family.
And finally, Rumesh – the heart and soul of Hakuraa Huraa. Words can’t do justice to how genuine, kind, and welcoming Rumesh is, he made my stay very special. Truly an asset to the resort!

A lovely week in the sun, impressive water villa, extremely friendly and attentive staff especially in the main restaurant. As you sit in the same place for your staff the wait staff will get to know you, we had the pleasure of being served by Shifaz and Raufa who were so friendly. The food has good variety and they have a cooked salad and desert room. The beach isn’t quite as sandy as other resorts we have been too but the sea is lovely nonetheless. Would we come back? Absolutely.

Paradise just under the hour flight with seaplane from Mali! Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Over the water sunset view bungalows are spacious and well equipped. Definitely worth the value! Cleanliness level - spotless. Noise level - well managed. It felt that hotel staff are walking around on tippy toes to make sure that guests are not disturbed. Snorkeling equipment included in all inclusive package, along with trips to snorkeling places twice a day. A little tip: if you're a smoker then make sure you purchase your ciggies before arriving to Maldives as they're well expensive on the island - $38 per pack of Marlborough Gold. :)

We had an absolutely amazing time at the resort. From the moment we landed at Malé airport, we were greeted by the hotel staff who assisted us with checking in for our seaplane transfer. Upon arrival at the resort, we received a warm welcome from Siti, and every staff member we met throughout our stay was truly exceptional. The buffet was fantastic, offering a different theme each day. The chef at the fresh cooking station even remembered my love for spicy food and always checked if I wanted extra chilli or spice in my freshly prepared meals, such thoughtful service. We indulged in spa treatments with Dian and Windy, who provided an authentic Balinese massage experience. Our room was spotless, the view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed plenty of snorkeling right outside our water bungalow. We also went on a local island-hopping tour. While the islands themselves didn’t offer much to see, our guide Najla made the trip enjoyable with her great sense of humor and helpful nature. The sunset fishing experience was another highlight, fun and definitely worth doing. We even caught some fish, and the resort kindly served them for us at dinner the next day, which was such a special touch. The boat staff were incredibly attentive, and Najim kindly offered to take photos for us, even guiding us on how to pose for the perfect sunset couple shot. All in all, it was the wonderful staff who made this holiday truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning and thanks to all the stuff for making the trip one of the best holiday we had.

They were very kind. The overwater bungalow was beautiful and everything was very clean. From the room you could see fish, manta rays, and even a baby shark.

The room is big and new, the meals are all inclusive and the price-performance ratio is super high. The scenery is so beautiful, but the service really needs to be improved. I can't feel it, especially when we left, we booked a water flight back to Male' and asked us to check out very early. The uncle who cleaned the room couldn't wait to wait at the door, so we had to leave the room and wander around. The meals were rich, and there were many choices of drinks and alcohol. We booked a water bungalow, and sharks, tank fish, and various small fish were everywhere. We chartered a speedboat to the island ourselves, and did not use the hotel's boat. The water flight back to Male was booked by the hotel, which was about 1,500 RMB per person. However, overall, I still recommend coming here. I stayed for three nights and felt that I could lie down here for 15 days. There were very few yellow-skinned people, all of them were white people. I hope these can help people who are going to stay here. We are a parent-child tour, and we can add a small bed in the room. The roof of the room is canvas, and it makes a loud noise when it rains.

My husband and I were newlyweds looking for the perfect place to end our trip. Cinnamon Hakura was a phenomenal experience that knocked us off our feet! The hotel and island are simply beautiful. The design of the rooms (overwater bungalows) is modern and comfortable. Service in everything!!! The staff there are absolutely wonderful and our needs were always met. Lin is fun and always willing to help. Ali Maher who was in charge of our table was incredible. We feel like we made friends on the island and will definitely be back!! I highly recommend this hotel, you won't regret it.
