The only positive aspect of this hotel is the food. The cuisine was genuinely good, and some staff members — particularly the chefs and bartenders — were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end.
This hotel is extremely not guest-oriented. We were staying here for our honeymoon, which was clearly mentioned during booking, yet there was absolutely no acknowledgment, no feedback, no basic attention from the hotel.
The reception staff often does not greet guests, can be rude at times, ignores some messages, and replies to questions with significant delays. Plans that were confirmed for the same day were suddenly postponed and rescheduled via WhatsApp, with explanations that sounded unreasonable and unprofessional.
When we asked about upgrading our room (a request we had discussed from the very first day), the hotel failed to provide the total cost in advance, which resulted in misleading information and confusion.
Basic amenities were missing. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, only one shower gel with an unpleasant, sour smell. Safety equipment such as flashlights and life vests was deliberately placed in the room but turned out to be paid, which is unacceptable.
On the first day, free drinking water was not provided at all. Not knowing that water was supposed to be complimentary, we were forced to take paid water. This situation could have been easily avoided with proper communication.
Overall, apart from the food and a few genuinely kind staff members, the experience was mostly negative. We would never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others, especially for important occasions like a honeymoon.

Everything was great — the staff, the service, the food, the water bungalow. We really enjoyed everything. Special thanks to the staff member named Mary — thank you, you are the best. Amazing hotel — highly recommended. I wish the entire hotel team good luck!

We booked Nakai Alimatha, but were allocated to Dhiggiri shortly before the trip. After the initial shock, everything turned out nicely as this is Adults Only resort, which is marvellous. Overall, good resort and value for money. Waiting staff, excursion team and Animation team are superb, special Hello to Patricio, Susi and Kanchan! Cleaning staff might need some extra training, but no major problems. Water villa stairs down to the ocean seemed needing some attention pretty soon as well as some special signs on each water bungalow deck are needed on ocean side as when swimming back you know which is your bungalow and can avoid confusion, not to intrude your neighbours! If going for snorkel, we would recommend area around the last water villa as there was always something curious to see!

Beautiful place. Must visit once in a life time to enjoy the pleasure of living in 🏝️. Service and Vehicle organisation are too good. Events and private dining are need to be planned with reception person at the early reach of island. Delay may leads to miss the events.

Early days but first impressions, staff very helpful, service staff also helpful. Suite on the beach beautiful and spacious. Young sharks swimming close to beach, and a myriad of other fish! Food on the other hand not so good so far!

Very Nice experience.. Enjoyed both water villa and beach villa.. View at the water villa is magnificent.. Staffs are very good.. Option of American, Indian, Italian food available.. Great quality food.. Island is so serene and beautiful..Snorkeling is available, however video footage is not available..!!!Get your own toiletries tooth paste and soap as it is not provided, only liquid body wash is provided.. Wifi is little weak.! Overall it is very good..!!!

Very nice experience. Enjoyed our stay both in beach villa and water villa last week.
The property and the beaches are maintained very well. The noteworthy point is the staff and service personnel. They are so friendly and they serve you great with smiling face always.
Food is ok though there is no much options for vegetarians and vegans.
Good place for snorkeling, swimming with sharks and spotting the dolphins.
Carry your own toiletries as they provide nothing except body gel.
Wifi connectivity could have been stronger and better in water villas.
There may be numerous better resorts than this but it depends on your budget.
