a very spacious 140 square meters beach front villa with private pool at a decent rack rate, the service is simply the best! average food quality is 8 out of 10 points, but the price is quite expensive, particularly alcoholic!

Due to the strong wind and waves during this period, unfortunately we were unable to participate in sea activities such as paddle boarding, but the coaches held a fierce volleyball match in the swimming pool

​We had a truly wonderful stay. We stayed in an overwater villa with a private pool on an all-inclusive plan. The clarity of the ocean, the quality of the food, and the hospitality of the staff were all top-notch

The island is small, but it never felt crowded, allowing us to enjoy a truly private resort experience

We are a family of 4, with 2 kids aged 11 and 10. We stayed in the overwater villa for 5 nights 6 days. The Westin is located about 35mins by seaplane from Male

Its a small resort with 70 accomodations (28 water villas and 42 beach villas). It has 3 restaurants and the usual facilities of a 5 star resort

The island ️ itself is simply stunning what you would imagine a desert island to be. Clean white beaches, warm seas beautiful coral reefs all surrounding the lush tropical trees of the inner island

You get your own sun loungers and parasol, but powder white sand to a beautiful warm sea is my idea of heaven. There is an excellent house reef to explore on the sunrise side which is where we were staying

We weren’t really sure if we were going to get on holiday this year as our flights were being changed every day up to the departure date. However we did get away to what can only be described as a little piece of heaven

There are some awesome fish to see and we had 3 resident turtles grazing on the sea grass everyday. Black tip reef sharks were everywhere in the shallows, very timid and harmless but a great sight to see while swimming

Komandoo is a small island located on an atoll about 45 mins by sea plane from Male. We arrived to a drum beat welcome from the reception staff and we were made welcome with a drink

We also took the manta ray safari but we didn’t see any however we did get to spend sometime with a colony of nurse sharks what a great experience! Completely terrifying at first but then so relaxing and calming

It was our first stay at ROBINSON Maldives, and it exceeded all our expectations. We had a truly wonderful vacation with stunning views, a beautiful beach, and an incredible house reef full of colorful fish

Location amazing, ocean amazing, marine life amazing, food amazing, big thanks to all the staff members: Abdullah, Naushad, Aladdin, Laurin, Imam, Kiran, Chiara, we forgot everyone’s names but truly big thanks, we went diving several times and it was truly amazing

This island wa more than we could have dreamed for and it just kept giving. From the moment we stepped off the speed boat the welcome was so perfect! Bare feet with a relaxed and chilled island vibe

The evening entertainment was also fantastic, both from the hotel team and the invited performers. Special thanks to DJ Tiger, Chris, and Denis for their great performances during our stay

We also really enjoyed the delicious food, the talantlivye chefs, and the fast, professional service in the restaurant. Everything was fresh, tasty, and prepared with care

The turtle excursion was one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere at the hotel was amazing, and the staff were always friendly, positive, and attentive

Our stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa in the Deluxe Overwater Villa with Pool was absolutely fantastic and truly memorable. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless

Besides the beauty of the island, the exotic birds, the sea life the humans (Taj team) make it worth your while

Wonder why people (young) took those rides when you can easily walk across the island in less than 15 minutes. Anyway, thanks to the whole staff (housekeeping, restaurant staff and butler) for their impeccable service

It was very thoughtful of them as were hungry and tired after a long flight. While checking out they even gifted us a personalized souvenir in form of our photo-framed picture that was clicked when we arrived

Excellent location (just 20 minutes by boat from Velana MLE airport), friendly staff, great service. My family really enjoyed being there. It is suitable for couples, families, solo and group travelers.

The airport pickup was extremely smooth — the Taj team was already present before we arrived, handled our luggage, and escorted us to the speedboat that took us to the island without any hassle

The general menu was excellent with some great fish dishes cooked to order! A pool would be a real asset to this hotel, as would some kind of evening cultural entertainment program

We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Sands in Huraa. The location is beautiful, right on a quiet beach with crystal clear water and we could even snorkel directly from the hotel’s beach

The beach, water and area were very clean

Under the transparent glass of the dining table, you can directly see the small fish in the sea. The restaurant on the island is basically the main restaurant. I highly recommend the chicken with coriander

The environment is indeed beautiful, with few people and great scenery, and the service is excellent, with a car and butler always available. However, the seaplane service was a rip-off

I initially thought it was the hotel's own plane, which explained the high price, but it turned out to be using a third-party operator. They didn't even provide earplugs for the flight from Malé

We visited on our honeymoon, and they surprised us with a cake and a lovely message prepared on the bed. The property is very large, so buggies are necessary, but the gentleman in charge of our room was exceptional

We LOVED everything about Soneva Jani, I still miss the chocolate and ice cream rooms! The chef for the main restaurant deserves an extra shoutout for his exceptional mannerisms and service

Everyone had such a great time! Our butler Clare is wonderful, always a text message away, anticipating everything we needed ahead of time, and arranging surprises that made our stay especially memorable

But that is nature and nothing to complain but to mention. It is allways a wonderful experience and definitely mandatory to go to Hanifaru Bay to have a an experience of a lifetime with the Mantas

Food , breakfast and Diner same as last time, was wonderful and a delight in every way. Some specials, some tasteful catches of the day, etc etc. Just to mention, we always used Ocean Restaurant

Another thing that we realized was, all the sandy paths on the Island were totally clean during our first stay and different in September. All was good of course but it was a change

We did two tours to Hanifaru Bay with unfortunately not the same success that we had 10 months before, even during high Manta season. The water was full of Plankton with low visibility

The water villas (109-115 sq m) offer fantastic sunset views from their balconies, and the snorkeling outside the villas is superb. The water isn't deep; you can touch the bottom in many places

Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, but perfectly fine for a transit hotel. Hygiene: Very good, no issues with cleanliness. Environment: Average, a bit noisy in the morning. Service: Extremely warm and excellent

Definitely one of the best quality breakfasts we had during our stay in the Maldives. The hotel has a lovely lobby and a rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day

They offered complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the airport or any location in Hulhumalé, which made our travel so convenient. The breakfast spread was excellent—with a good variety and great taste

Ocean Grand Hulhumalé gave us a truly comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, and our room was spacious, clean, and stylish with all the basic amenities provided

Upon arrival, the free shuttle was good. The room has 2 small windows which allow you to see sunrise. The breakfast was served at both outdoor and indoor area

While the amenities could be improved a bit more, in terms of overall quality, this is without a doubt one of the best places to stay in Hulhumalé

The island is small so you get more privacy. Awesome food !! The lagoon villa with a private pool and the tropical themed bathrooms are out of this world. We could see all the fishes near our villa itself

The island is small, but the snorkeling is good. It's conveniently located near Malé, and the decor is simple. It's a good option for those who don't like seaplane transfers

I stayed in two room types; I recommend the one without a breakwater

We paid and booked a month before the trip for the all inclusive package with alcohol, when we got on the island we were told we had the full board, then they tried to argue with us about our booking for 3 hours; we waited for our room until 3pm, later on the manager called us to the room that confirmed our all inclusive package, last day ; our flight to dubai leaves at 6:30pm, we were told the night...

The aquatic environment was also great, so we could see turtles, Nemo, white tip sharks, and nurse sharks at the resort house reef, and we could see sharks and eagle rays passing by our ocean pool villa every morning

The steak and lamb ribs at Lalu Restaurant, which we ate on the last night, were also good. Lalu Restaurant is located on the beach, so you can enjoy a romantic dinner while watching the sunset

On the plus side, there is an airport, kayaks, friendly staff, shark feeding. More adults are also staying at the hotel. The beer and cocktails are good

Great location with superb view stunning vibes and superb customer servive

We stayed in the beach villas for 2 nights and in the ocean villas for 2 nights. Both the stays were worth every penny. The rooms are very luxurious and they keep them very clean

The beach villas are very close to everything - ocean, beaches, restaurants, reception. The view from the ocean villas is breathtaking. I can go on n on but one has to experience it to believe it

I enjoyed swimming at the beach! The water is so clear that I can see the fish swimming under the water!

Rajan our house attendant was a particular highlight, he always had a big smile on his face and went above and beyond to make our stay special and really succeeded, if you read this Rajan, thank you very much for your excellent hospitality, you made our stay very enjoyable! Only feedback I would give is to reduce the number of notifications sent by the app, it was a bit excessive

We ate the week really delicious a big compliment to the chef and Soonil! At the cocktail bar we could always end the evening comfortably, special thanks to Manir - he was always so attentive and so friendly! It was really a dream vacation

Makunudo island resort is quite a unique island resort, designed specifically if you want to keep away from artificial, super luxurious hotels and have a different experience

Nonetheless, the guys organising them are all amazing and sure will make them worth it. - Once a month they throw away organic leftovers from the kitchen to the sea, which explains the number of sharks they're nearby

That means you just need to put a foot on the water and you'll have coral, fish, sharks, turtles, etc. No need to take any boats from the resort. Not found one member who wasn't happy to see you and happy to be there

Camaleons, birds, bats, and almost no mosquito! (They do a treatment every other day) Cons: - Food is not bad in quality, quite the contrary, however, there's not a huge variety to choose from, which may be an issue if you stay there for more than 7 days

Recently visited Makanoodu Island(October)and it was a wonderful experience! The island is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounded by nature's beauty

Always a great option for a short stay in Malé between flights and/or island hopping. Pick up and drop off from and to the airport is seamless, thanks to the very friendly and supportive staff

Just almost front of blue mosque and close to the artificial beach. Most I like is the ocean view and cozy interior design. 10 Th floor is the breakfast

It was very convenient to get to the beach from our room, and the beach itself was well-maintained and clean.

The most basic room type we stayed in was perfectly adequate; if I'm not mistaken, the main difference was the open-air bathroom. This Maldives masterpiece in the backyard is priceless

If you have a short vacation, you should definitely choose a nearby speedboat island! We also visited the neighboring Vabbin lagoon; it's even bigger and more beautiful! If you don't drink alcohol, you don't actually need AI, and you can also consider the Twin Island Vabbinfaru

In the restaurant, Eni ensured our dining experience was seamless, while Nish at the bar offered exceptional service. And, of course, the food was outstanding—abundant, delicious, and full of variety

Having an extra half-day relaxing on a Maldives resort island is so important to us! The service was very warm and friendly; we didn't experience any discrimination (because people often say that some islands in the Maldives discriminate against Chinese tourists)

We were told the wait wouldn't exceed one hour, so we were a little disappointed. However, the fact that we had a room to stay on the island immediately upon arrival was a plus, essentially like early check-in

Our stay was incredible! The overwater villa with direct access to the sea is perfect

The services offered are excellent, and the food at the various restaurants is equally delicious! We were lucky enough to stay there at the end of January, and there were very few people at the resort, so we were able to spend a lot of time alone, which allowed us to enjoy it even more

The accommodation in the water villas is beautiful. Very comfortable beds, a private terrace with a pool and direct access to the sea, and a jacuzzi

Specially the beach dinner I booked was arranged beautifully and managed effortlessly by the waiters and they even took such beautiful videos and pictures of us during that time and the food was also great

All prices are announced without taxes, and then you get a pleasant surprise, and only when they billed you realized that the room bugs are paid, not a question of cost. It's just not nice when people hide

There are many reviews of the hotel online, but based on my personal experience, I highly recommend it. I booked four nights in the lagoon, and the hotel upgraded one night to the ocean suite

Both have their own unique charm. The lagoon's waters have richer colors, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The water is also shallower, so there are fewer fish, but baby sharks like to be active in this area

There are many coral reefs and a great variety of fish; I even saw a sea turtle. The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. Every day during meals, the restaurant manager or a waiter would chat with you

The environment was pleasant, the food was good, and I participated in various island activities, including dolphin excursions, snorkeling with sea turtles, and sea fishing

A wonderful experience that will be a lifelong memory. We chose this resort because we fell in love with the bathtub overlooking the emerald-green sea

Our room was facing the beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable — waking up to the sea view was definitely a highlight. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which was very convenient, especially after a long day

They are so professional and helpful! I also enjoy the easy access to the public beach and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The proximity to the Velana International Airport is a BIG plus for me

Many activity providers list H78 as one of their pickup locations. Lastly, the seafood spaghetti came with added spice and chilli what I have asked for and the chicken briyani to die for!

I loved the place! Close to the beach and the room was clean too. Unfortunately, there weren’t any oral supplies in the washroom. Also, the food on the rooftop was not that delicious

The room was quite clean and comfortable, and it's very close to the beach. The airport transfer service was also excellent, and the restaurant downstairs had good food

We also found a large piece of waste directly in front of our sea-view room, and our seaplane transfer was modified at the last minute without proper notice

The interaction felt dismissive and somewhat arrogant, and she appeared largely unconcerned — which contrasted strongly with the professionalism of the rest of the team

After raising these concerns, the manager did not apologize and simply stated she would check with the teams, mentioning that such issues do not usually happen

While the setting is exceptional, the final impression did not fully reflect the level one would expect from such a property

This was our fifth visit to Kandolhu and once more we had a fantastic holiday. The weather was perfect so we were able to snorkel a few times a day, regularly right round the whole reef

The coral is visibly showing more colour and life. As always we saw lots of turtles, rays (eagle, sting rays and mini mantas), shoals of beautiful fusiliers and so much more

We were very lucky to be there for the special dining experience with a visiting chef, both in Olive and Sea Grill
