Great hotel, food was the highlight - restaurant buffet delivered every single night of our stay with a different themed nights, and everything was cooked to perfection. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Staff was helpful everyone had a smile on their faces they provided free shuttles to Valletta and Sliema, and helped with managing our airport transfers - checking and checking out was easy straightforward...

I highly recommend this hotel. My boyfriend and I had a lovely 12-day stay there. The staff is very friendly, the pool is wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The bus stop is just few minutes away, making it easy to get around and visit Valletta. They also offer free shuttle service. For the price, you get a lot of value."

Rooms spacious and clean however ground floor patio area was tiny and overgrown. Our valley view was not so unless we stood on the chairs to peer over the hedge! There were many sports teams staying in the accommodation...would have been better had they put them all in one area as they were in and out of rooms at times when we were trying to sleep, causing a fair bit of noise. This hotel was spotless and the staff was excellent. I stayed here to work in Mater Dei and the location was very convenient for that! The breakfast was simple but good but what really sets this place apart was the staff. From the very start I felt that the staff made me feel very safe and comfortable and were very friendly - Thank you so much!

Lovely small hotel. Perfect for the travelling tourist and in easy reach of the town. We were visiting a sick relative in the local hospital which was an easy 20 minute walk. Good bus service into Valletta. Rooms were spacious, very clean abd quiet. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A very reasonably priced hotel too.

I selected this hotel as it is very close to the university. Fortunately the weather was good so I could make the short walk through the nature reserve, which had no decent paths out lighting. The journey would be near impossible in the rain, and very difficult in the dark. The hotel was ok, but felt much more like a student hostel. Our second stay at Urban Valley. We were allocated a very large suite and noticed a few missing touches as far as toiletries. Staff were very pleasant throughout.

This hotel was super clean, I originally booked a corner suite room for me and my mum , my husband joined our trip last minute and the receptionist accommodated a family suite which had 2 rooms with double beds, living area and kitchen on the day for extra cost but I was grateful they had offered a bigger room. Hotel is fine. Location is central but not easily walkable — fine if you have a car. Rooms are somewhat basic but very spacious. Lovely pool. But WIFI is terrible. Door lock was a pain to open — had to keep playing around with the card a few times. Gym is a small room but useable.

Friendly staff and a spacious room. However, you need to be okay with raw concrete ceilings, cold neon lighting (even in the room!), and exposed electrical wires! The facilities were just average: both jacuzzis were closed and the sauna was out of order! All that was left was a very cold outdoor pool (under 18°C), a hammam with only 4 spots, and an indoor pool...

We stayed here for three nights. Overall, the room was good. However, the ceiling was unusual — it had no finish or paint, just bare concrete. All basic amenities were provided. There was also a dry, dead cockroach that fell out of the cabinet near the ventilation hood. I did not see any live cockroaches, but this moment was unpleasant. Nice clean place good people in respection

The rooms were large and comfortable, with a separate bedroom. It was a huge plus that we could relax in peace and quiet without hearing the noise in the hallway. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The location was very convenient. The view of the harbor and ports from the 11th floor was incredibly peaceful, especially when we had breakfast with that view...

Large, clean rooms. Quiet. Room service Gopel did a good job thanks. Friendly greetings from all staff. Amazing breakfast looking out from 11th floor to Valletta. Great choices of food, all fresh and tasty. Even natural honeycomb to have on selection of breads, cakes etc. Handy for choice of restaurants and bus or ferry into Valletta and beyond. Great historical family run hotel. Was greeted at the door by Timothy, he proceeded to give me the history of the establishment. Gave me some good tips for eating and made me feel welcome! I stayed in the st. Georges suit and had a fantastic breakfast with freshly baked bread with ham and cheese the next day.

All recommendations for the hotel. It is located in a quiet area, yet it is easy to reach all parts of Malta and visit the sights. Special thanks for Timothy — an educated, courteous gentleman who is always ready to help. It is a real pleasure to talk with him and listen to his advice about sightseeing. I would certainly stay at this hotel again the next time I come.

A great place to stay! Incredibly nice hosts who are available. You are very welcome and immediately feel at home. It is very useful to get expert tips from a local :-) The view from the shared balcony is breathtaking. The breakfast is neatly served. I wasn't missing anything. The room is sparkling clean. Even here in Germany I haven't had any cleaner rooms. The equipment is completely in order...

Super nice hotel and very clean it feels like home. Chiara and Nick are very friendly hosts. Super close to the tal pieta bus station which will take you everywhere. close to Valletta doable on foot (despite the climbs lol). I highly recommend. Do not hesitate to ask questions to these hosts they will answer you with great pleasure.

Very nice place near Valletta. The Center can be reachd by bus within 5 minutes. Room is clean, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast is "like at home" .Chiara and Nick are always helpful and friendly. Best choise !!

Everything was perfect! very nice apartment with an amazing view. the apartment was very big and well served. I recommend it to everyone as it is also in a good location. the owner very friendly and available for anything. moreover, the apartment is located a few steps from the bus station and from supermarkets and restaurants

We really liked the place. It was clean and spacious. Air conditioning work well. Very well communicated with Valetta and Sliema. Many restaurants downstairs. There is a fridge so you can prepare food on your own. Very friendly owner.

The flat was really nice, but it had few flaws like for example almost broken sink (which broke in the time of our accomodation and was fixed the next day by the host) or old discolored toilet seat. The shared space was in ideal condition, and the place has really nice view of bay from balcony
