Great 5 night stay. We used the spa and indoor pool daily and the grounds and outdoor heated pool are simply fabulous. You need to book the spa but it is included for guests not charged extra like some hotels. The breakfast was very, very good. The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding and really represent the very best in guest focussed hospitality.

The Phoencia is a wonderful hotel. All of the staff are courteous, efficient and friendly, and they all seem happy in their work. The rooms are spotless and the restaurant is excellent. A special mention to the restaurant breakfast staff who work very hard and were very busy on Sunday, but made the time to clear a prepare a table in the conservatory.

Out if this world room and service. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The Jacuzzi was a god send after the long flight. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and modern. Wonderful panoramic view. Staff very accommodating and enjoyed stopping off for a coffee or two between work meetings. I didn't stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Great location but the single room I stayed in was very basic and a bit grungy. However, the ensuite had it's own water heater, so I never had any problems with the water unlike other guests in more expensive suites.

Fantastic location staff very friendly spotless .I've never seen a hotel polishing elevators before. We had a great stay at this hotel. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was spacious with a balcony, a clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here

Good Hotel. The hotel has an excellent location within the Old Town and near to restaurants and attractions. The rooms were basic, but had everything necessary. Breakfast was simple and nothing special. Was good value for money and would recommend. The views from the rooftop are similar to from nearby viewpoints.

This hotel is a gem! Very well located, small breakfast but very tasty. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very nice, gentle and always ready to help. The only downside is that there is no parking but if you don’t rent a car, you will fell no difference. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's an old and small hotel. I think it's well-cleaned. I booked it because I thought the beautiful wallpaper and light blue door in the photos looked cute and castle-like. Just come back from a 4 night stay in this hotel and have to say we had a wonderful stay, the staff were very helpful every time you asked for something, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely . situated in Ursula Street which is already a Touristic attraction. Merisi Suites has lots of apartments, some with a really nice balcony. There is an elevator, a washing machine which is free of charge, a swimming pool with a fantastic view. The apartments have Airconditioning and are fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and Organized. Very very good location but the place was not great. Room we got was on a ground floor. It didn’t have any view or direct sunlight. There was a mold/ watery/ moist smell in the apartment and the shower was broken so they just put the shower courtliness which I hate and it made entire bathroom wet. I would only recommend it if you care about location but not about place you sleep in.

Great place to stay, i used as an overnight stay before a cruise. Staff were so helpful. Allowed me to leave luggage before i boarded, good breakfast, nice rooms and amazing shower. Good value too and in a great location, 5 mins to main street with bars and restaurants. Yep would stay again

We stayed here in October for a long weekend. It is gorgeous and right in the center of Valletta. All staff are attentive and wear masks as per covid regulations. Breakfast is served in your room, based on your preference. We look forward to visit again, hopefully in the coming months!

So close to 5 stars. I've stayed here twice, the staff is superb, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and well thought out. The rooms are clean and vibrant and unique. The location is terrific. The only issue...and it wasn't huge, was no door or at least curtain for the toilet. Easy fix, but everything else was really, really nice and relaxing.
