Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about these apartments. When I entered the room, I saw that the bed was unmade. There were used towels lying on it, as if someone had just left the room. The trash in the bathroom had not been cleaned up, just like in the room itself. І chose this apartment because I could check in after midnight without any problems. I communicated with the owner and booked a room for three nights, but in the morning, the owner asked me to check out because, as it turned out, someone else had already rented the same room. He offered to move me to another place for one night. But this ruined my vacation, because I didn't come to run from hotel to hotel, but to relax. So, I spent the first half of my vacation looking for another apartment.

Catastrophic! Very suspiciously the "hotel" is well hidden with no visible signs, e.g. at the doorbell. While you have to register your credit card, they refuse card payment and push you to pay cash. I had agreed on a checkin time after an extremely long trip and although they have repeatedly confirmed, nobody let me in. Rather than providing minimal service they reminded me four times of the payment even before I arrived. Definitely not a 3star hotel!!! Ultimately I had to cancel. There must be a reason why this "hotel" is hiding its existence!

Everything was perfect! very nice apartment with an amazing view. the apartment was very big and well served. I recommend it to everyone as it is also in a good location. the owner very friendly and available for anything. moreover, the apartment is located a few steps from the bus station and from supermarkets and restaurants

We really liked the place. It was clean and spacious. Air conditioning work well. Very well communicated with Valetta and Sliema. Many restaurants downstairs. There is a fridge so you can prepare food on your own. Very friendly owner.

Uncomplicated stay, nice location, nice owner who is always available per phone for questions you may have. Modern interior. Only beds are very soft and pillows too stiff and big.

Overrated! I don't understand the good reviews. It's not so expensive but for the price you get a nicer apartment or hotel room in Malta.
+ Location was good, next to restaurants and to the ferry
- rooms are old and smelly, bed was very uncomfortable, furniture is really old and it smells moldy, not a good experience, we stayed in much better accomodations in Malta

The flat was really nice, but it had few flaws like for example almost broken sink (which broke in the time of our accomodation and was fixed the next day by the host) or old discolored toilet seat. The shared space was in ideal condition, and the place has really nice view of bay from balcony
