Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean. However, the bathroom was outdated and needs improvement, especially the toilet flush button. It required a lot of force to press each time. The sink tap got similar problem.

Nice hotel with very friendly personel. My room was spacious and clean but facing the wall and therefore dark at all times, it was also hard to get fresh air in. Breakfast good but could be better. Pool and sauna areas are very poor, very small and not really mantained good. When I tried to use sauna the floor was flooded from shower and there is nowhere you can sit/lie down/put your belongings.

Hotel is fine. Location is central but not easily walkable — fine if you have a car. Rooms are somewhat basic but very spacious. Lovely pool. But WIFI is terrible. Door lock was a pain to open — had to keep playing around with the card a few times. Gym is a small room but useable.

The location is fantastic. You can see the Mediterranean Sea and tourists whenever you go out. The area around the restaurant and bar is bustling. Turn right and there's a flower shop a few dozen meters away. The hotel has a swimming pool on the eighth floor and a bar with a view of the city.

The staff tried hard to please but the hotel is not 4 star as advertised. The curtains were broken and had been broken for a while allowing the sun in. The airconditioning was noisy and not very efficient. The pool closed at 6.00pm in the middle of summer.

We stayed there for 4 nights. We booked the superior, the room was very nice! The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the bathroom didn’t have any window so there was a bit mold in there. Overall very good experience. The room was much more than I expected for the price and it was very comfortable. The location is great, since the hotel looks towards the sea which is so pretty. Maybe the only downsides was that at times the breakfast area as well as the elevator were a bit crowded, but other than that all was perfect.

I’m had a single room with balcony and sea view booked.  The location was great - Valetta a bus journey away as was Mdina and Rabat.  Bus service is excellent. The room was adequate for me.  However the noise from the road and downstairs bar was not good.  Glass doors ineffective for noise screening.had to buy earplugs.  Also the cleaning was sporadic and I had to ask everyday for my room to be cleaned...

The hotel doesn't look like in the photos. All pictures should be updated. Rooms are very, very old stylish, should renovated.  Furniture should be replaced. The hotel is really good located, however if you don't have the most expensive rooms you don't have any view. Food was good however the same every day. It was more like English Breakfast.

Stayed in the room with the jacuzzi, the room was absolutely stunning and the hot jacuzzi couldn't feel any better in the winter. Overall the room was quite spacious and fully equipped, certainly has a wow factor, the only let down was the breakfast - it was not really varied, it felt quite cheap, water and milk served in plastic bottles which were stained etc.
