Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The service lacked professionalism, and several basic standards were not respected. Issues raised during the stay were not handled properly, which made the experience frustrating. Overall, this hotel does not reflect the quality it claims to offer. Improvement in management and guest service is strongly needed.

Stayed here twice , an absolutely charming hotel . Excellent value, beautiful oasis in Perybere , great swimming off their boat dock .Staff very attentive,rooms are good size,clean,not brand new but beautiful views Food is varied and well cooked,we will be back,lovely path from the hotel to a beautiful quiet beach was a bonus!!!!

We stay at the hotels for 2 days, welcoming was smoothly with Miss Ornela from Reception team, room was clean and neat and even the day after for cleaning all was perfect with the Housekeeping team of Mr Videsh. Food was delicious with and thanks to the executive chef ( i don't remember the name ) for our food order due to some restrictions. Even Mr Ashley restaurant manager for the service and great care when we are at the restaurant. A very big thanks to Mrs Kajal Reservations manager for the booking of our stay with best effort and courage provided to us 🤗 Overall credit goes to all staffs. All the best . Sure will re visit soon. Highly recommended 👍

I really can’t understand why this only shows as 3.5 star on reviews. We have just stayed here for two weeks and it was lovely. Firstly the hotel itself. We had a great spacious room with a sea view. Remember this is a three star hotel at three star hotel prices. There is a restaurant which serves food if you want it, a cafe bar connected to the scuba centre and a rooftop bar. There is music from these places, but they were happy to turn the sound down when requested. I didn’t hear the rooftop bar after midnight. The staff are wonderful. We were given an early check inn, and a complimentary room to use on our departure as I flight was not till late pm. No extra cost. No complaints from us. Locally plenty of restaurants, bus stop with good transport links and an amazing secluded beach accessible via the restaurant. This is a great base to explore the island with a nice gentle vibe. Great for couples who don’t want a five star resort or all inclusive.

Excellent hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff amazed us with their outstanding service and warm hospitality. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the food is delicious with a great variety that changes every day. We honestly couldn’t find any downsides and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I had the best time at Hibiscus Boutique Hotel Mauritius, huge size bedroom with terrasse and sea view, very good diving center inside the hotel , very friendly employees with amazing Sens of welcoming people and very helpfull with late check out on Sunday . Hibiscus The Best.

Great and friendly staff. The staff is very helpful and kind. Nice breakfast. Clean room. You can also go just for the day if you don't want to sleep there. They have all the facilities that you need. I'm a solo travler, so thanks for all the help.

When we first got there we were welcomed by Diksha, a very friendly and profesional receptionist that provided all the needed information throughout our stay. They have breathtaking views both from the rooms and the restaurant. The room was very clean, the cleaning team comes everyday, still the towels are a bit worn out. All the rooms have a terrace where you can relax but beware of the little geckos lizards that come to visit said terrace by night :))). The buffet meals are still a bit limited, mainly offering Asian food but everyday for dinner you can opt for grilled meat. The restaurant is outdated but the staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything. The garden is very well taken care of so is the beach although a bit small but you can only enter into the water by the floating deck, where you can do snorkeling and see a lot of beautiful fish. At the end of our journey we were offered a free late checkout because of our late flight. All and all a very good experience if you are willing to overcome the little inconviniences.

I had the worst experience. I was given an old room that is delapidated (room 307) not the one I booked. The bed is by the bathroom which has a three quarter wall so if someone is using it you better be out of the room, the linen is old and discoloured failed to use it, some stuff are rude especially at the breakfast restaurant. I had to check out after one night though I had paid for 4 nights and of course they refused to refund. They gave me a room that was different from the one I booked. They tried to give me a different room the next day but the damage was already done. First impressions master......

I spent the day at Hibiscus Boutique Hotel as day package and it was such a relaxing & enjoyable experience. It was a peaceful and beautifully maintained environment. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. The facilities were clean, well - organized, creating a very calming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the pool area -quiet, clean which added the tropical vibe. The food and drinks served were fresh and delicious, with great service all around.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Service was great to start, the waiter moved chairs to the best location. Then it got slow as they seemed preoccupied and we had to go to the bar and order more drinks.
