This is a lovely, well maintained and very clean boutique hotel with very nice pool and a small beach. Unfortunately the water at the beach is too shallow for swimming, but the beautiful public Mont Choisy beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms with private pool are stunning, spacious, very stylish and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a good selection. The lunch and dinner menu is appropriate for a smaller hotel and offers a great selection of seafood, meat and a few local dishes. I had the local dishes regularly and thought they were very tasty. The main pool is quite large for a boutique hotel and with a beautiful view of the sea. On the whole the service was ok, just one of the receptionists could have been a bit more welcoming. The other one was very polite and friendly though. There is a great souvenir shop, a small supermarket and a very nice coffee shop within walking distance of the hotel.

I spent my birthday here on a day pass and it was an absolutely amazing experience! We stayed in a garden villa with a private pool, which was the perfect setting for a celebration, total privacy and beautiful surroundings. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredible; they really made me feel welcome and looked after from start to finish.
I loved every minute of it and will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our holiday at Wonders Beach Boutique Hotel. The hotel is relatively small which made for a quiet and relaxed ambience. The location is perfect with the beach area easily accessible close to the pool and restaurant area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the meals were superb, We can recommend this hotel, everything easy first class.

Horrible service, wifi extremely slow, food was extremely bad, they didn’t understand english and couldn’t understand anything regarding the food when i said that i couldn’t have gluten. tried to get them to help with the slow wifi but they didn’t understand and didnt want to help. the fridge in our room had the old guests food in it which was DISGUSTING!! can’t believe that this is a 5 star hotel when it should be 2 maybe 3 stars max?! also the “private beach” barely exists and the “spa” and “gym” was really bad. seriously disappointed since we could have gotten a much better hotel for the same amount of money. such a scam.

We stayed at Wonders Beach Boutique for 12 days and really enjoyed every single one of them!
The location is great - especially if you have a car it is a short drive to Grand Baie and Pereybere which has is great for beach, shopping and restaurants. Even if you don’t have a car just a short walk to Mont Choisey or Trou aux Biches with great beaches and restaurants also.
Not that you even need to leave the hotel, as it has everything you need! There were certainly days we didn’t leave - and enjoyed the pool and beach!
The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and the food and service is brilliant - they couldn’t do more to accommodate you. The manager Anil would always go out his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Also a big thank you to Rohan at the bar who made sure our glasses were never empty! The groundsman worked so hard everyday to keep the place looking beautiful and were all so friendly.
We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Mauritius.

Service was great, they knew we would check in late at night and they had complimentary sandwiches awaiting us. Room was nice not really waterfront but nice view nevertheless. Breakfast served over the sea.

Exceptional hotel and staff!
We loved everything!! An ultra comfortable and huge bed, the cocktails and the meal excellent, the view exceptional!!!! And finally all the staff take care of you for a dream stay
And the hotel is on a human scale which makes it very calm and relaxing.

We had just arrived from South Africa and stay with friends. We did a bit of an explore and found this really nice restaurant. Beautiful surroundings overlooking the ocean. Really comprehensive menu and the most delicious tuna dish. My wife had the fried rice omelet, which was very generous and totally delicious too. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
