When we arrived we were quickly shown around by Diane. We had to wait for our rooms, but managed to change, have some breakfast and lie on the beach. Our rooms were very clean a stones throw from the beach but smaller than we had imagined. The food in the buffet was nice and in the Aqua restaurant we had to pay a surplus for the majority on the menu, although what was included in the ‘all inclusive’ was lovely. We took some concerns to the management and the staff could not do enough to ensure our expectations were met.
Staff were amazing. Friendly, polite and pretty awesome tbh.
The spa and 2 hour massage was the best and left us feeling totally relaxed.
The dog was a bonus, and I do hope the couple who plan to adopt him managed this.
Overall our holiday was amazing.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning view that made my mornings feel extra special. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my time here. A special mention goes to Deepa, my maid, whose service was exceptional. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure my room was always perfectly prepared. Her dedication and warm attitude added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel genuinely cared for. A special thanks to Jenishta, who assisted my fiancée and me throughout our stay—she was incredibly helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson from 18th–19th March, and the level of service truly made a difference. From the moment I arrived, Vishal and Daniela at reception set the tone with their warm welcome, professionalism, and efficiency. Check-in was quick and seamless, and throughout my stay they remained consistently attentive, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was answering questions or assisting with requests, they handled everything with ease and a positive attitude, making me feel valued as a guest. What stood out most was their attention to detail and the way they maintained such a high standard of service at all times. It’s not often you come across such a great balance of friendliness and professionalism. They both went the extra mile to ensure my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel from the 18th to 19th of March with my boyfriend. From the moment we arrived, Daniela, Vishal, and the entire team greeted us so warmly and made us feel truly welcome. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and everything was handled with such care and professionalism. A special thank you to Daniela, who looked after us exceptionally well, she is truly kind, attentive, and made our experience even more memorable. We really appreciated the hospitality and the positive atmosphere created by the team. It made our stay very special. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

We are just about to leave after an amazing 10-day stay at Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa (Poste Lafayette, Mauritius) and honestly, we cannot fault anything.
The food was fantastic, with a large selection of international dishes every day. The cocktails were delicious and the desserts absolutely wonderful. However, the real star of the menu for me was the homemade orange marmalade, made by one of the chef’s ladies, who was kind enough to share the recipe with me. Such a lovely personal touch!
What truly makes this hotel special is the TEAM. They are an amazing group of hardworking, kind and genuinely friendly people with very big hearts. During our stay we spoke to many of them and learned a little about their lives and challenges. They deserve huge credit for the dedication and warmth they show to guests every day.
It was sometimes sad to see how a few guests treated the team with little respect. To all the staff: you are wonderful and please do not pay attention to shallow-minded people. Your kindness and professionalism do not go unnoticed.
The snorkelling deserves its own chapter. It was simply incredible. Right from the beach we saw many colourful fish and even turtles, which many people pay extra money to see on excursions. We experienced it for free, just steps from the hotel. One tip: don’t forget to bring water shoes with a hard sole.
And we must mention the hotel’s very special visitor – a dog named Zoo (I hope I spelled it correctly). He comes to breakfast and greets guests in the main dining room. He is incredibly friendly and sweet. He often stayed by our table throughout breakfast, patiently waiting for a treat, and then gently nipped my husband’s legs to invite him to play. He brought a smile to everyone around.
I could probably write another hour describing our stay, but I will simply say this: it was one of the best holidays we have ever had.

Beautiful hotel with amazing view. We felt really well and relaxed throughout our stay.
Rooms are tidy and nice. Food is really good. Staff is always in good mood and they are also really helpful. Pool area is really good, not overcrowded and we felt good in every aspect.
One small thing that we would change to is to maybe play some music around the pool area but besides that we dont have anything negative to say.
