Great staff, great atmosphere. Disappointed with the entertainment and that there were no snacks included in the hotel minibar just drinks.
Overall beautiful hotel.

A great hotel, everything is new and clean, the service is excellent. Everything is included, which is important, as this part of the island has almost no restaurants, cafes, or shops, if any. You can even try lobster for dinner. However, I would draw the management's attention to the cleanliness of the dishes in the dining room. This isn't just my opinion; it's a health issue! A hotel of this caliber should not tolerate "grabbed" plates or, excuse me, unwashed ones. The grounds are very beautiful and well-maintained, but the beach is windy and not the most convenient, though there are swimming pools. If you go to the right, there are more comfortable areas with beautiful views.

Our entire holiday staying at the Riu Palace was nothing short of perfection. I cannot say enough how utterly incredible this place is.
We stayed for a week and we had a partial sea view jr suite, our balcony overlooked palm trees and floral bushes and all you can hear is waves crashing from afar and birds tweeting it was beyond peaceful. The room itself was beautiful, the bed was ridiculously comfy, bathroom was spotless, shower was amazing and the refillable fridge was an added bonus!
The staff couldn’t be more lovely, so polite and friendly and helpful from the pool staff to the bar staff and the kitchen staff, all were amazing.
WiFi wasn’t the strongest but who cares when you’re in a place like Mauritius! You want to switch off from the world.
There are 4 or 5 restaurants you can book however we found we were only able to book 1 of them over the time we stayed and realised it’s because they only have a limited amount of tables each day in comparison to the amount of people staying, BUT it really didn’t matter, the buffet was INSANE!! fresh curry and rice from the Indian buffet, fresh noodles and meat or veg dishes straight from the wok, fresh made pizza and pasta, fresh grilled fish, steak, roast chicken, duck, salad GALORE, they even had fresh made sushi the one evening!!
Bar staff making any cocktail you like, a big selection of wines and spirits, soft drinks, juices, mimosa’s at breakfast, honestly I cannot praise the Riu Palace enough, we will be back 1000%!!

The hotel grounds are pristine and always kept that way - so much to do at both hotels (palace/turquoise)

The buffet is very varied and there’s so many options every night. 11/10 would recommend to anyone

The room was very clean. The staff were nice. Food options were good, get to the steakhouse early (first come first served).

Stunning location with fantastic food & facilities and friendly staff. Paradise 🏝️. Only area for improvement was to have more staff serving at the pool bar

Excellent service from all staff, lovely room and super clean. Well worth upgrading to Elite service to have access to great beach bar and Elite Restaurant.

A Mecca for wind/kite surfing, so quite windy, but pool areas sheltered and you can find sheltered beach a short walk away

Food wine and spirits plentiful and good quality. The Island is great and very diverse and pretty.

Hotel is vast, in a beautiful area of the island where it still feels preserved and surrounded by nature. Great spot for kite surfing et close to Coral reef.
You will enjoy free windsurfing, stand up paddle or canoeing, as well as snorkeling surrounded by tropical fish.
The food offer has great variety, always fresh and staff is attentive and helpful, always smiling.
Rooms are large and well equipped. I would go back anytime!
