Very safe place — I felt completely secure during my stay. The property has long gates and strong privacy, so no one can see inside from the outside.
It’s close to the highway, so there is noticeable traffic and some noise. However, the location is very convenient, especially for medical needs, as it’s near hospitals. The hospitality is excellent and the staff are very supportive.
I stayed here for 15 days, and they kept the room very clean throughout my stay. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was huge, and the furniture was sturdy and well-maintained. Overall, a great choice, especially for anyone needing nearby medical care.

These rooms are very spacious, almost condo-sized. A very comfortable king bed, two lounging chairs, big screen TV, dining room, and kitchen (small stove, fridge, microwave). Ensuite has a large shower, jetted tub, two sinks, and power flush toilet. A/C and Heat. Dishes and Utensils included. All concrete and marble, so don't drop anything - they give you a price list of everything you could break. Very secure and maid service is very good

This is our 3rd time staying at Apartments Perisur. Very convenient location, comfortable and cozy. Staff is super friendly and attentive. We will keep coming back.

Terrible check in process. Personal has so much attitude so unpleasant I stay there many times this was the worst. Never again

Very clean, HUGE rooms, very helpful staff.
Location is out of the way from sights and downtown, BUT metro bus 500mt away.
Close to UNAM campus where can go for a run.

We stayed there for 11 nights while i was recovering from an operation, the suite is quite large with a full kitchen & a good sized bathroom. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Also enjoyed the roof top terrace.
