Mexico City, Mariano Escobedo 700, Col Anzures (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel is at good location but rooms are old. We found hair of old guests in the shower. The water they leave is very small. It's very old style hotel. Good for one or two nights surviving in the city. Location is pretty good tho.
Our staying in this hotel was awesome fantastic! Top and outstanding quality. Special thanks to mr Jesus at the Lounge for breakfast. He was son king and helpful. We sincerely recommend this great hotel Camino Real
Nice hotel in a good location in the city of Mexico. Would recommend staying here to be able to relax and visit all main locations
The room was very nice, everything was great, but the price was a bit high. The hotel's location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very safe in Mexico. It's a very good choice for business trips.
Aside from the lack of a kettle, everything else was fine.
The hotel boasts a bold color scheme and excellent service. The bellhops, mostly older staff, are warm and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful, and the area is very safe. A short walk to the right from the hotel leads to the bustling Reform Avenue, lined with stylish restaurants, shops, and trendy, green spaces – a truly beautiful sight.

Very good location. Walking distance to main attractions. The bed was very comfortable.
Really good experience for one night if you have enough money. The buvet is the most comfortable I have tried in my life. The bellboy can store our luggage for free (seems that) which also save our time and money for traveling in other cities.
Very dynamic dated hotel in city centre. Great location, it’s one of the pick up points for many day tour. Roomy twin double bed room. Cleanliness was alright, the hotel is a bit old. Overall ok.
clean bed sheet, just a bit old. Breakfast few selections. Overall ok.
good location, nice facilitie, highly recommended if you are visiting Mexico.city
I've stayed here twice now and have been happy with everything. The location is excellent and the facilities are good, although the room interiors are a little dated. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Overall good value for money.

The room was great, the service was very friendly, and the location was excellent for sightseeing.
Second time I go to this hotel. Overall I really like it. Two things that disappointed me this time: 1/ I specifically asked for a one big bed room and they said it was available, then they gave me a different room and 2/ they didn’t fill the body soap when it was almost over, we had to use the hand one to shower.
Good hotel with great services! 1. You can reserve a shuttle from here to Airport(MEX) 2. Give a try for the restaurant Daikoku at Floor B1
Overall nice place to stay Especially Premium Levels
The hotel's location is very safe and convenient, and it is close to major tourist attractions. The view in the room is pretty good, but the hotel itself is a bit old.
I like this hotel. Very conveniently located. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy to local transportation. Nice staff.

Great location. Exceeded our expectations as our room was upgraded and we were offered free breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Stayed 5 nights. Highly recommended. We will come back to stay again.
Great hotel at a great location! Walking distance to many must-see Mexico City places such as Templo Mayor Museum, Constitution Plaza, Palacio Postal, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc. Roomy room with toilet and shower in separate rooms. Nice breakfast with many food choices.
Just completed a wonderful stay at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma! The room I had appeared to have been very recently renovated or, at least, was clean with new fixtures. Housekeeping kept the property very clean and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The staff in the Executive Lounge were especially terrific!! The location is great as well - a short walk to all of the Centro Historico...
I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton. Overall, a very...
Excellent hotel in an area of the city I haven’t stayed in before. The staff here is outstanding, super friendly, very attentive and making you feel welcome. The lounge on the 26th floor was wonderful for breakfast and the happy hour. The hotel is very clean and updated. Lobby restaurants also very special and huge lobby bar. I didn’t get a chance to do the spa but ill try it next time because...
The Hilton Reforma has undoubtedly stolen a piece of my heart. This is where my love story began last year, and ever since, we’ve stayed at this hotel on every visit to Mexico—so far, about eight times. The staff is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. I’d especially like to recognize Abraham from the breakfast buffet, who remembers and treats us to...

Good location in the heart of the Zona Rosa, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, overall recommendable.
This is the first time I've ever been to a hotel in this price range without a closet door and stains all over the sheets and pillows. The room is supposed to allow you to request items via a QR code, but I requested slippers and a new sheet, but they didn't. The noise was as loud as I'd heard all night, making it difficult to sleep. The hallway in front of the room was so cold that a draft blew into...
The room was spacious, but I felt it lacked the basics of a hotel. First, when I checked in, the circuit breaker in my room had tripped, so none of the outlets had power. They came to fix it, and it finally worked. Also, the cleaning staff came in around 8:30 in the morning while I was still sleeping, and when they noticed I was asleep, they left. After that, even though I left the room vacant from...
We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and...
Hotel in need of renovations. Rooms with warped parquet floors, leaky bathrooms, toilet seats that come unscrewed... definitely not up to NH Collection standards!!!
There is no hot water, the door cannot be locked, the key card cannot be used, and the reception staff are not helpful.

Location is great. It is very clean. But very small box. very noisy, specially the closing door bang!!!
Not bad, but it's not as good as many other Courtyard hotels. However, its convenient location and excellent breakfast make up for it. The breakfast was even better than some of the highly-rated Mexican restaurants I've tried!
The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Terminal 1, making it perfect for early morning or late-night flights. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are good. The breakfast environment and taste are also quite good. The staff are friendly and provide professional service.
For the comfort and convenience to get to Mexico International airport, this is a good hotel to select if you are flying early in the morning!
Perfect for travelling from intentional airport. Friendly service.
A colleague of mine was on a business trip to Mexico. His flight was arriving after 11 PM, and he had a connecting domestic flight to Monterrey the next day. With both his arrival and departure from Terminal 1, the Courtyard by Marriott was the perfect choice. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had a very positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to book it for him again.

Close to the airport, not cheap, average service, no one even takes the luggage!
Bad service. I arrived after 2:00 to check in and they didn't serve me until 4:00. The sheets hadn't been changed in the room since I found hair on the bed and pillows. Toilet paper was less than half used and they didn't change it. I wouldn't return.
Good , just room service never arrive , rest perfect excellent service
The room was quite dirty, with hair in the shower and a dirty bathroom, very thin toilet paper and they have a technology to turn off the lights that is "smart", for some reason the room was not well synchronized, we called maintenance and still had to sleep with the lights on. In addition to this, they do not have a parking lot with an agreement, so you have to pay an additional $120.00 MX per day...
The hotel's airport pick-up service is very good. If the shuttle bus is not available, they will send a separate car to pick you up. It's a free service. The hotel is very clean. It feels very safe to stay here with children.
It is a basic hotel choice in Mexico City. It is very close to the airport and can be reached in about 15 minutes. The sanitary environment is excellent in all aspects and the staff is very friendly towards guests.

Located in a beautiful place in Mexico City, easy to find, with very easy access, it looks good, and everything was super clean. The staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, all super clean. The Wi-Fi is useless; it's better to use your data. The gym is super complete; you'll find a lot of equipment for your workout. The pool is small but really pretty. There are a lot of amenities.
I stayed here for one night due to a canceled flight, and I’m really glad I chose this hotel. Since it was a Sunday, the roads in front were closed for bikers and runners, which meant no traffic at all such a great experience. The hotel even had bikes available for guests, which was a nice bonus. The check-in process was smooth and excellent. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who checked me...

Courteous staff and good breakfast, especially enjoyed the Mexican treats. Nearby restaurants were also delicious. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our AC did not work despite it being quite loud. We did not have a restful night during our stay due to hot room.
Room was excelent, had an excelent stay.
We had a nice stay, the spa team needs a reminder on service and attention to detail
Staff extremely attentive and courteous 5*
The value for money leaves much to be desired. The rooms are smaller than those in other hotels of the same category. The service was generally slow. The spa experience was extremely disappointing. They didn't provide the full service; for example, since the massage ended at 8 pm, they were in a hurry for us to leave; they had already turned off the steam rooms for both men and women.
First time staying here, very safe and comfortable

There's no small table for phones in the restroom, making it inconvenient to use your phone while on the toilet. The breakfast was poor; there wasn't much food, and even the juice wasn't pure juice.
very good hotel excellent roof pool great service
Full marks for breakfast Full marks for service and staff quality Full marks for environment Full marks for location, no need to go out, you can eat in the mall, change money, supermarket, etc. through the internal passage of the hotel. Poor water quality of the swimming pool is the only drawback

Very good stay. A suitable place for layover travelers.
The location is very convenient. I arrived shortly after getting off the plane. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic. There was no odor. The sheets were also clean. It was a great hotel.
Best hotel in the area, situated in terminal 2 Mexico City airport. The breakfast is great! I definitely recommend it
The room was OK, but as usual there was no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. The breakfast was great and started at 05:00. The hotel is on the 6th floor of Terminal T2. There is a bar and an open-air smoking area upstairs, and of course there is also a smoking area downstairs.
Great choice for lodging at the Mexico City Airport, especially if your flights are on T2.

Quite good hotel, food was great, room are clean. The hotel was connected with Sentura mall, so it easy to go to mall from my room without getting out from the hotel. I got little problem with wifi internet speed is not good enough for my mail. Some electrical socket need to be replace with new one. Overall is OK
Staff were friendly but difficult to be understood in English. Air conditioning not working, was "fixed" and then working too hard... Room otherwise very comfortable, good fitness center.
Overall, it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The food in the lobby restaurant was great. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area as well as a Walmart if you forgot to pack something.
The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly with a great attitude, making them very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed with Moxaico, the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was bland and lacked flavor; the presentation could have been better. Given the restaurant's modern and upscale decor, I expected a more enjoyable dining experience.
First timer here. Only stayed a night. Lovely hotel. Bed was heavenly. Shower was therapeutic - loved it. Only reason I took a star off service was at the buffet service, waiter didn’t really do anything and was asking for a tip. American influence I guess. But tips should be discretionary and not mandatory and it should be based on service. Only thing he did was bring me water and he didn’t even bother...

Amazing hotel near to the airport the breakfast super delicious all the service are perfect
The experience wasn't great. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. The room had a musty smell; we stayed there for eight days and slept with that musty odor every night, which I don't think is good for our health. The air conditioning was also old, and the ventilation system was poor. I suggest the hotel make some improvements.
The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but it's difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport. The location is a bit awkward, halfway between the airport and the city center. The room is spacious, but I wish the coffee cups were ceramic instead of paper cups.
