Mexico City, Av. P.º de la Reforma 325, Cuauhtémoc (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Perfect location! Great business center at 18th floor. Strong intention to visit for next time.
Dinner is no good. Menu doesn't satisfied and also service staff'manner is worst.
A nice hotel with good location. Services were best. Sauna and stream are best. Breakfast is good too. Only minus is A bit noising if stay at the street side.
The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.
I had done a sequrity deposit 3000 peso upon check in, but i didn't get refund when i was checkout, also they have a racists mind set on restaurant staffs and in lobby also.
Everything seems good but will be better if have the self laundry service!

Perfect location, nice staff, good view from my room.
Very good hotel and it is worth the cost
Good service and very good breakfast
Hotel location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sightseeing activities. Breakfast had a lot of variety. However staff was not friendly and very rude on the last day during checkout. We raised this with the reception staff and they later sent an email to apologize.
Location is great and Rulfo restaurant has Halal foods.
Definetly come back for a great stay

JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco, Mexico City1 / 30
9.4
Mexico City, Andres Bello No 29 (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Perfect location. Hotel has all the amenities. Lots of misunderstanding in communication due to staff doesn’t speak really well English. Delicious breakfast with amazing smoothie station. A very nice pool/gym area.
The rooms are comfortable. The dinner at Seders bordered on inedible. The ceasar salad dressing was flavorless on lettuce that was near frozen. The packaged croutons on top did not redeem the salad. Housekeeping rang the doorbell before 8:30 am two days in a row. The front desk should inform housekeeping when someone checks out. Or the restaurant could inform housekeeping when guests arrive for breakfast...
Corporate but comfortable. Don't book lounge level. It is closed for Reno. But the comp breakfast is very good. Very, very comfortable bedding, excellent service, clean. Stayed here first night in cdmx bc arrived late. Wanted predictability and to see/dine in polanco. Right next to park. Walk to anthro museo. Then Off to Condessa/roma.
Our stay at the JW Marriott was very nice. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Marianna Pineda, Guest relations manager. We met her at the club lounge and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Marriott is very fortunate to have such a charming, warm, kind and interesting person working for them. She truly made us feel that her home is our home.
Prime location, service and rooms are impeccable.
Very good!!! The service is humane. The hardware is absolutely 5 stars. Breakfast is 8 points. The location is great if you like high-end communities.

the experience was great, the service was very professional. and the room service it's a 10/10 but it's a little far from many points. so you will need a car or any other similar vehicle cause there's no subway around but there's some autobus nearby.
Excellent option for a family stay, very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Very close to the shopping center.
The service in the restaurant was superb. The receptionists were cordial, but they did not seem genuine. The sink in room 703 was clogged. I reported it, but it was not fixed. The cleaning service is excellent. The bed, pillows, and bedding are cozy and comfortable.
This hotel was great, really clean, secure and amazing features, will definitely stay again.
Everything was great although the bathroom wasn’t cleaned that well enough and water was leaking from the toilet.
I have been going to Mexico for 20 years. For some reason all hotels seem to have the bad habit of having some staff knocking on your door around 9am. I arrived late; had to put out the Do Not Disturb tag. Even though I removed the sign whenever I was out, the room didn't get done in three days.

Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City, Mexico City1 / 30
8.4
Mexico City, Paseo de la Reforma 500, Colonia Juarez (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent attention at the fromt desk and at the Il Becco restaurant.
Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.
I had the worst allergies in the room because of the carpet and dust. Our lights and black dust around the lantern covers. The rooms are definitely run down and I don’t think it’s worth 1k a night. There’s better newer hotels in Mexico City you can stay at for half the cost. Service here was also mid which I wasn’t expecting for a four seasons
Superb hotel experience. An oasis in the otherwise bustling Mexico City.
Public space is nice, along the lines of what you would expect at Four Seasons. Similar experience at check in/out. The rooms I found to be 3/4 star. Bathroom felt almost cheap. Furniture needs upgrading - cabinet drawers didn’t work properly, desk had wobbly legs. Unremarkable overall.
Great stay. However, I found UBER "Black"much less expensive than hotel transportation option for trips during our stay.

Mexico City, 297 Avenue Paseo de la Reforma (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Nice view, breakfast and room service, although not so many menu options. Gym is decently equipped. Great spa! Overall good experience.
The hotel service is very thoughtful
I stayed at Sofitel for three days. It is a good hotel in the area. The facilities are relatively new, the bedding is soft, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is very good in the city center.
Breakfast quality was very good. Gym and pool were clean.
The room is very big and beautiful, facing the Angel of Independence Square. The breakfast is very rich, you can order, and the service is very good. There is a 711 convenience store next to it. There is a Chinese restaurant across the street, which is very convenient.
Service is OK, beautiful environment

The hotel was very nice, they even offered us a bigger room upon checking in. The staff at the hotel were very polite and always tried to help out. Location wise it is okay, requires a bit of walking if you want to use public transport, but for Uber rides it is perfect, very close to a beautiful park with a lot of museums and zoo.
Very well located hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed, spacious room. Surprised to have a refundable security deposit charged to the credit card which attracts both exchange and processing charges (non refundable).
A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes...
It’s a nice place with a good hotel, great restaurants, and friendly people. However, there was something that happened in the room ,,, I won’t mention it now, but I’ll consider it when rating my next stay there.
Some young waitresses are not so friendly to customers and always seem a little impatient. I hope that the relatives, friends and parents of this waitress will encounter more warm, generous, patient and meticulous good services when traveling abroad.
I was satisfied with the service and everything, but the room was a bit old and disappointing!

Location wasn’t great. Also lobby wasn’t very nice. But service was amazing and very clean rooms.
I really like this hotel and found a location to be quite convenient. We were there for day of the dead and it was a great experience staying here. We really enjoyed that time of year in a celebrations, but expect huge crowds and if you’re planning to visit book in advance. The museum and the castle and the park are very close. What I loved most about the hotel was the bed. It was on the firm side...
This a a wonderful place to stay in Mexico City. It was very clean and in a great, safe, and central location. We had an awesome view of Chapultpec Park.
The staff was AMAZING. Best level of service received in CDMX.
We enjoyed our stay at Grand Fiesta. The only bit if a downside was the mattress which we found to be too firm for good sleep.
17th floor room facing Chapultepec Park. FANTASTIC room. Everything SUPER CLEAN. Great service!!!!!!!!! Hotel food and restaurant were great. We were so very happy with this hotel experience!!!

Staff was courteous. Breakfast had many options, although high-end fruits such as mango, passion fruits were not provided. There was no juice/smoothy station and no omelette station, although servers could bring items upon request. Toaster was old-styled with difficulty to retrieve bread. Some room amenities were dated. For instance, curtain needs to be pulled (not automated), bed-side lamps are...
We had an excellent stay. Staff is awesome, they remember your face, name , where you were touring etc. general manager was so delightful, helpful with information and suggestions , we enjoyed our conversations with him Hotel had a champagne sabre event with appetizers in the lobby that was lovely
From the time we checked in to checkout we were taken care of our needs by butler service the room amenities are par excellence and maintained very clean the proximity to shops and tourist attractions is an added advantage. And restaurant and spa are must visit
Excellent hotel!! Love everything about it. Staff are great and restaurant is amazing. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Mexico City.

The hotel is not up to W standards. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good but basic, the spa is very small, the rooms are old.
Normally I don't comment, but at this price, you must avoid the W in Melbourne. I paid almost 4️⃣oo🔪, and when I complained to the front desk that the price and room did not match, the front desk said they received 2️⃣2️⃣o🔪. The middleman's fee is too high. Even if the price at the front desk is much better, you can choose the Hyatt next door.
Convenient location, suitable for business travel
It is two levels lower than the W Hotel in China. The safety of the wealthy area is beyond doubt. It can only be said that Mexico has its own national conditions.
This hotel is really good! The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable living. In terms of service, the staff are very enthusiastic and have a very good attitude, making people feel like they are back home. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. Mexico City, Av. Presidente Masaryk 390 (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Las Alcobas sits right on Masaryk, one of Mexico City's most dynamic streets, and it delivers on every front that matters. The water pressure alone is worth the booking. Genuinely the best I've encountered in Polanco, and I'll take that over almost any other amenity. The staff is incredible. Turndown service is thoughtful and the kind of touch that reminds you why you chose a luxury property in the...
A very nice, luxurious hotel to stay in, in the midst of Mexico City. The staff is wonderful, and the room was clean and quiet, as well as incredibly comfortable with all the amenities one could need. The Polanco neighborhood is also pleasant, with nearby parks and restaurants, as well as higher end shopping. 10 minute walk to the subway and 30 minute walk to the Anthropology and several other museums...
Such a great boutique hotel!!! Room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. The shower was amazing! We had adjoining rooms, which was super convenient. They even gave us a room to sleep in after we arrived on a...
I just wrapped up an incredible stay and it was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Mexico City. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and truly exceptional – the staff remembered our names, offered thoughtful recommendations, and went out of their way to make everything seamless and enjoyable. The breakfast was an absolute highlight! Every morning felt...
I booked this for my boss, and he has nothing but good words to say about this hotel. Totally awesome!
Our room was spacious and spotless. Service is remarkable. The hotel Concierges booked our restaurants, arranged a driver and a fabulous guide to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, and arranged tickets to a show. Angel was particularly helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an upscale, fabulous location

A beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location to explore the city. We were blown away by the level of service provided by the team, it felt very personal and nothing was too much to ask. The team were available 24/7 and were very responsive and helpful. We stayed in the Atlas room, which has a stunning rooftop with a bath and shower, which we used most days, and also were able to order breakfast...
Wonderful location in historic Roma. Large comfortable rooms and a staff that is anxious to serve your every need. The breakfast cafe is excellent. Highly recommended
A beautiful gem of a hotel. Like the city itself, there are creative artistic touches everywhere. Our suite was nicely laid out and thoughtfully appointed. The included coffees and breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed having the choice to have them delivered or in the adjacent cafe. Our daily morning cafe experience was like a one-act play, with the terrifically attentive, clever young women...
This is a truly perfect boutique hotel in the best location in Roma. Our room was architecturally unique and the bedding was among most luxurious I’ve ever slept in. From the lime tree on our roof deck to the amazing front desk service, I could not recommend this hotel more. Room service breakfast was a work of art. Five stars. No notes.
Highly recommended beautiful hotel in lovely central neighborhood. Our room was so spacious and comfortable (gravity) with a large bright living room, equally large bedroom with a terrace, and a luxury bathroom complete with separate dressing area, freestanding tub and separate luxurious shower. The staff are so personable and helpful and made us feel so well cared for. A special shout out for Erik...
What a lovely hotel and beautiful neighborhood! This was the perfect location for our first trip to CDMX. The hotel is small but had everything we needed. The staff greets you by name and the rooms are spacious and quiet. We loved Polaris (top floor, just like the website pictures). Note there is a small elevator available. The location was great, but a bit over priced for the quality! We wanted to do an early check in at 7:30 am, but the charge was over $500 dollars, ridiculous to me. So we just left our luggage with the concierge . The next day we called the spa for a couples massage and for 50 minutes it was $5300 pesos each, which is a little over $300 dollars each. Not even in a 5 star in Las Vegas! Ridiculous for...
The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent too. Getting around using Uber was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!
Not very good, just average, the room is also average, and the female head waiter in the breakfast room has a bad service attitude, looking down on people. Not recommended to stay.
Unexpectedly good, I didn't know InterContinental was so good overseas
Nice environment, convenient transportation
The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, the network is stable, but the bottled water in the room tastes strange. The breakfast is relatively rich and there are some changes every day, which can also adapt to my parents' Chinese stomach.
