Perfect location! Great business center at 18th floor. Strong intention to visit for next time.
Dinner is no good. Menu doesn't satisfied and also service staff'manner is worst.
A nice hotel with good location. Services were best. Sauna and stream are best. Breakfast is good too. Only minus is A bit noising if stay at the street side.
The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.
I had done a sequrity deposit 3000 peso upon check in, but i didn't get refund when i was checkout, also they have a racists mind set on restaurant staffs and in lobby also.
Everything seems good but will be better if have the self laundry service!

Perfect location, nice staff, good view from my room.
Very good hotel and it is worth the cost
Good service and very good breakfast
Hotel location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sightseeing activities. Breakfast had a lot of variety. However staff was not friendly and very rude on the last day during checkout. We raised this with the reception staff and they later sent an email to apologize.
Location is great and Rulfo restaurant has Halal foods.
Definetly come back for a great stay

Hotel is at good location but rooms are old.
We found hair of old guests in the shower. The water they leave is very small.
It's very old style hotel.
Good for one or two nights surviving in the city.
Location is pretty good tho.
Our staying in this hotel was awesome fantastic!
Top and outstanding quality.
Special thanks to mr Jesus at the Lounge for breakfast. He was son king and helpful.
We sincerely recommend this great hotel Camino Real
Nice hotel in a good location in the city of Mexico. Would recommend staying here to be able to relax and visit all main locations
The room was very nice, everything was great, but the price was a bit high. The hotel's location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very safe in Mexico. It's a very good choice for business trips.
Aside from the lack of a kettle, everything else was fine.
The hotel boasts a bold color scheme and excellent service. The bellhops, mostly older staff, are warm and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful, and the area is very safe. A short walk to the right from the hotel leads to the bustling Reform Avenue, lined with stylish restaurants, shops, and trendy, green spaces – a truly beautiful sight.

Very good location. Walking distance to main attractions. The bed was very comfortable.
Really good experience for one night if you have enough money. The buvet is the most comfortable I have tried in my life. The bellboy can store our luggage for free (seems that) which also save our time and money for traveling in other cities.
Very dynamic dated hotel in city centre. Great location, it’s one of the pick up points for many day tour. Roomy twin double bed room. Cleanliness was alright, the hotel is a bit old. Overall ok.
clean bed sheet, just a bit old. Breakfast few selections. Overall ok.
good location, nice facilitie, highly recommended if you are visiting Mexico.city
I've stayed here twice now and have been happy with everything. The location is excellent and the facilities are good, although the room interiors are a little dated. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Overall good value for money.

The room was great, the service was very friendly, and the location was excellent for sightseeing.
Second time I go to this hotel. Overall I really like it. Two things that disappointed me this time: 1/ I specifically asked for a one big bed room and they said it was available, then they gave me a different room and 2/ they didn’t fill the body soap when it was almost over, we had to use the hand one to shower.
Good hotel with great services!
1. You can reserve a shuttle from here to Airport(MEX)
2. Give a try for the restaurant Daikoku at Floor B1
Overall nice place to stay
Especially Premium Levels
The hotel's location is very safe and convenient, and it is close to major tourist attractions. The view in the room is pretty good, but the hotel itself is a bit old.
I like this hotel. Very conveniently located. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy to local transportation. Nice staff.

Room and staff were nice. The walls were very thin - I could hear everything outside and the tv / conversations of the people in the rooms next to me and whatever was happening in the hallway. Not ideal when waking up early for a flight, but the location was perfect.
The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient.
The room was okay and the staff were friendly enough
I would stay here again for an early/late flight.
Great location
Poor service, poor room service (still waiting for a knife to cut my fruits, 5$ for a pod of coffee), poor reception service
Old furniture and carpet
Not worth its price
Good airport hotel it is directly connected to the terminal and has also a direct shuttle service to Terminal 2
It’s great location and very nice hotel
Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)

Great location. Exceeded our expectations as our room was upgraded and we were offered free breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Stayed 5 nights. Highly recommended. We will come back to stay again.
Great hotel at a great location! Walking distance to many must-see Mexico City places such as Templo Mayor Museum, Constitution Plaza, Palacio Postal, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc. Roomy room with toilet and shower in separate rooms. Nice breakfast with many food choices.
Just completed a wonderful stay at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma! The room I had appeared to have been very recently renovated or, at least, was clean with new fixtures. Housekeeping kept the property very clean and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The staff in the Executive Lounge were especially terrific!! The location is great as well - a short walk to all of the Centro Historico...
I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay.

Excellent hotel in an area of the city I haven’t stayed in before. The staff here is outstanding, super friendly, very attentive and making you feel welcome. The Hilton Reforma has undoubtedly stolen a piece of my heart. This is where my love story began last year, and ever since, we’ve stayed at this hotel on every visit to Mexico—so far, about eight times.

Perfect location. Hotel has all the amenities. Lots of misunderstanding in communication due to staff doesn’t speak really well English. Delicious breakfast with amazing smoothie station. A very nice pool/gym area.
The rooms are comfortable. The dinner at Seders bordered on inedible. The ceasar salad dressing was flavorless on lettuce that was near frozen. The packaged croutons on top did not redeem the salad. Housekeeping rang the doorbell before 8:30 am two days in a row. The front desk should inform housekeeping when someone checks out. Or the restaurant could inform housekeeping when guests arrive for breakfast...
Corporate but comfortable. Don't book lounge level. It is closed for Reno. But the comp breakfast is very good. Very, very comfortable bedding, excellent service, clean. Stayed here first night in cdmx bc arrived late. Wanted predictability and to see/dine in polanco. Right next to park. Walk to anthro museo. Then Off to Condessa/roma.
Our stay at the JW Marriott was very nice. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Marianna Pineda, Guest relations manager. We met her at the club lounge and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Marriott is very fortunate to have such a charming, warm, kind and interesting person working for them. She truly made us feel that her home is our home.
Prime location, service and rooms are impeccable.

the experience was great, the service was very professional. and the room service it's a 10/10 but it's a little far from many points. so you will need a car or any other similar vehicle cause there's no subway around but there's some autobus nearby.
Excellent option for a family stay, very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Very close to the shopping center.
The service in the restaurant was superb. The receptionists were cordial, but they did not seem genuine. The sink in room 703 was clogged. I reported it, but it was not fixed. The cleaning service is excellent. The bed, pillows, and bedding are cozy and comfortable.
This hotel was great, really clean, secure and amazing features, will definitely stay again.
Everything was great although the bathroom wasn’t cleaned that well enough and water was leaking from the toilet.
I have been going to Mexico for 20 years. For some reason all hotels seem to have the bad habit of having some staff knocking on your door around 9am. I arrived late; had to put out the Do Not Disturb tag. Even though I removed the sign whenever I was out, the room didn't get done in three days.

This is the first time I've ever been to a hotel in this price range without a closet door and stains all over the sheets and pillows.
The room is supposed to allow you to request items via a QR code, but I requested slippers and a new sheet, but they didn't.

The room was spacious, but I felt it lacked the basics of a hotel. First, when I checked in, the circuit breaker in my room had tripped, so none of the outlets had power. After that, even though I left the room vacant from...
We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups.
We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Location is great. It is very clean. But very small box. very noisy, specially the closing door bang!!!
Not bad, but it's not as good as many other Courtyard hotels. However, its convenient location and excellent breakfast make up for it. The breakfast was even better than some of the highly-rated Mexican restaurants I've tried!
The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Terminal 1, making it perfect for early morning or late-night flights. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are good. The breakfast environment and taste are also quite good. The staff are friendly and provide professional service.
For the comfort and convenience to get to Mexico International airport, this is a good hotel to select if you are flying early in the morning!
Perfect for travelling from intentional airport. Friendly service.
A colleague of mine was on a business trip to Mexico. His flight was arriving after 11 PM, and he had a connecting domestic flight to Monterrey the next day. With both his arrival and departure from Terminal 1, the Courtyard by Marriott was the perfect choice. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had a very positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to book it for him again.

Close to the airport, not cheap, average service, no one even takes the luggage!
Bad service. I arrived after 2:00 to check in and they didn't serve me until 4:00. The sheets hadn't been changed in the room since I found hair on the bed and pillows. Toilet paper was less than half used and they didn't change it. I wouldn't return.
Good , just room service never arrive , rest perfect excellent service
The room was quite dirty, with hair in the shower and a dirty bathroom, very thin toilet paper and they have a technology to turn off the lights that is "smart", for some reason the room was not well synchronized, we called maintenance and still had to sleep with the lights on. In addition to this, they do not have a parking lot with an agreement, so you have to pay an additional $120.00 MX per day...
The hotel's airport pick-up service is very good. If the shuttle bus is not available, they will send a separate car to pick you up. It's a free service. The hotel is very clean. It feels very safe to stay here with children.
It is a basic hotel choice in Mexico City. It is very close to the airport and can be reached in about 15 minutes. The sanitary environment is excellent in all aspects and the staff is very friendly towards guests.

Excellent attention at the fromt desk and at the Il Becco restaurant.
Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms
Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.
I had the worst allergies in the room because of the carpet and dust. Our lights and black dust around the lantern covers. The rooms are definitely run down and I don’t think it’s worth 1k a night. There’s better newer hotels in Mexico City you can stay at for half the cost. Service here was also mid which I wasn’t expecting for a four seasons
Superb hotel experience. An oasis in the otherwise bustling Mexico City.
Public space is nice, along the lines of what you would expect at Four Seasons. Similar experience at check in/out. The rooms I found to be 3/4 star. Bathroom felt almost cheap. Furniture needs upgrading - cabinet drawers didn’t work properly, desk had wobbly legs. Unremarkable overall.
Great stay. However, I found UBER "Black"much less expensive than hotel transportation option for trips during our stay.

Located in a beautiful place in Mexico City, easy to find, with very easy access, it looks good, and everything was super clean. The staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, all super clean. The Wi-Fi is useless; it's better to use your data. The gym is super complete; you'll find a lot of equipment for your workout. The pool is small but really pretty. There are a lot of amenities.
I stayed here for one night due to a canceled flight, and I’m really glad I chose this hotel. Since it was a Sunday, the roads in front were closed for bikers and runners, which meant no traffic at all such a great experience. The hotel even had bikes available for guests, which was a nice bonus.
The check-in process was smooth and excellent. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who checked me...
I stayed in a superior room, which was spacious and well-laid out, with excellent soundproofing to ensure a good night's sleep. Courteous staff and good breakfast, especially enjoyed the Mexican treats. Nearby restaurants were also delicious. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our AC did not work despite it being quite loud. We did not have a restful night during our stay due to hot room.
Room was excelent, had an excelent stay.
We had a nice stay, the spa team needs a reminder on service and attention to detail
Staff extremely attentive and courteous 5*
The value for money leaves much to be desired. The rooms are smaller than those in other hotels of the same category. The service was generally slow. The spa experience was extremely disappointing. They didn't provide the full service; for example, since the massage ended at 8 pm, they were in a hurry for us to leave; they had already turned off the steam rooms for both men and women.

The hotel was very nice, they even offered us a bigger room upon checking in. The staff at the hotel were very polite and always tried to help out. Location wise it is okay, requires a bit of walking if you want to use public transport, but for Uber rides it is perfect, very close to a beautiful park with a lot of museums and zoo.
Very well located hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed, spacious room. Surprised to have a refundable security deposit charged to the credit card which attracts both exchange and processing charges (non refundable).
A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes...
It’s a nice place with a good hotel, great restaurants, and friendly people. However, there was something that happened in the room ,,, I won’t mention it now, but I’ll consider it when rating my next stay there.
Some young waitresses are not so friendly to customers and always seem a little impatient. I hope that the relatives, friends and parents of this waitress will encounter more warm, generous, patient and meticulous good services when traveling abroad.
I was satisfied with the service and everything, but the room was a bit old and disappointing!
