The hotel location was not as convenient as it appeared. You need to ride a bus to get there from the airport or you can walk through the streets. Looks like it’s near but is not that near. The gym in the hotel is basic.

The charge for booking breakfast is unreasonable. Two breakfasts are included in the room. In addition, breakfast for a 7-year-old child is also charged. It costs 188 pesos and must be paid on the spot. I have never encountered a situation where breakfast in a hotel must be paid on the spot. It is too weird.

We booked a hotel on a last-minute basis back in Mexico City. The price was decent for the city center. The room was large, but the facilities were a bit dated. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy! We checked in too late, so we didn't take any photos of the hotel.

The staff are the shining stars of this hotel. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, the cleaning ladies were welcoming, super helpful and friendly. The rooms are large. We were originally in a king sized room which was quite dated but then they moved us to a modern and lovely room. The restaurant served incredibly food

Hotel outside the city center, offering good value for money. Simple, clean rooms. Beautiful garden with a pool in the courtyard. Well-equipped gym. Rooms facing the exterior corridors are thin and curtains usually have to be closed.

Room was clean, outdated. Toilet got flooded and water spilled to floor, reception took 3 hours to partially resolved it o don’t think they did enough to fix the problem. Also check in Wawa 3 PM and room was ready 90 minutes late.

My only complaint is about some of the front desk staff. They were not informative or helpful. The phone was not answered several times.

Excellent location to walk and move to Downtown and Reforma. The neighborhoood is also lovely. The facilités are great! We were in the third floor and the view to the city was great. Breakfast options and room service are great! Definately will return next time I visit the city!

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Basic accomodations, find it too expensive for what if offers.

This hotel brand is one we often choose when we travel to Mexico on business. The familiar environment, familiar food, and familiar room furnishings make us feel like home.

Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers. Whoever design the location of the mounted hairs dryer in the bathroom (with such a minimal short chord) has never used one. No fridge to store food/drinks. On a positive side, breakfast (ours was included in price) was really good.

We have friends out Santa Fe way and default to this hotel when visiting. It is perfectly fine. Beds are comfortable. Hot water. I stayed at the Holiday Inn "Full", not the Express. The Hotel is neither good nor bad. It is simply mediocre. The rooms show wear and tear on the headboards, bathrooms and other details. The towels look and feel like sandpaper. They are pretty stingy with amenities including toilet paper. Front desk and restaurant staff service is not bad. We enjoy one night stay in this hotel. What I don’t like from the room was that doesn’t have microwave, doesn’t have a small fridge or heat control I just see a cool thermostat . The location is very accessible to the Mexico City Arena, the hotel is perfect within the shopping plaza because you find many places to eat without leaving or exposing yourself, I am dissatisfied with the cleanliness since I hadn't realized until the next morning that there was a false eyelash!! The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's right on Reforma Avenue, and we even saw a parade on Saturday. The road was closed on Sunday for what looked like a city-wide fitness event. The area felt very safe, so we could explore without worries. Public transport, including buses and the metro, was super convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic.

I have to start by saying that the location is excellent. Then, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The food is good value and delicious. I definitely recommend it and would return.

Room was small which is OK since I just slept there. Bathroom is not clean - found long dark hair in bathtub after I took shower (I am blond). Customer service is not attentive. And top notch is refrigerator with a lock. And yes I asked for a key and was ready to leave a deposit requested but been ignored. Definitely not 5 star hotel as advertised on their site.

Located close to the airport, it's suitable for business travelers with layovers. Breakfast is simple, and room service would be nice. However, although the room has a window, it can't be opened, and the air quality is poor.

The building itself is old and small, probably because it's in the center, but it was kept clean. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, and it is very convenient as it is close to the subway station.
