We reserved a balcony view room for a mother-daughter trip and were surprised that the hotel and location exceed our expectations! We felt safe throughout our trio and the hotel is conveniently located in the center. The hotel has beautiful wooden panels attached to the balcony windows and we used them at night…they worked wonders in blocking off the city noise. 5 stars for our experience at this hotel!!

Our favorite hotel to stay the staff is super nice and accommodating, and you can’t beat the location right in the central of everything downtown. Love it here

nice place, only discomfort the church across the hotel, the Bell ring every hour on the hour, hard to have a deep sleep, even using earplugs. 😒

The room was very clean and modern and the hotel was fairly quiet. There was a lot of activity happening in the downtown area, but the hotel is insulated enough from some of the noise. You heard some, but not a lot.

Noise from outside and inside the hotel was unbearably loud. The hot water faucet came off while I was in the shower and shot hot water in my face. We mentioned both to the front desk associate and she seemed to not really care. No offer of compensation or an apology. I doubt we will return. Arrival was good and the hotel is super convenient, but this was a disappointment this time.

The staff were very helpfull and the room was as expected, the building boasts grand hallways and high ceilings.

The hotel location is good , centralised and accessible by walking to all attractions in the city centre.
Rooms are clean and service is also good

Location was right in the centre of the main Square. The size of the room was amazing with the balcony overlooking the main square. To top it off, the staff were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. We were n room 136.

I didn't stay at the hotel itself but enjoyed Hank's. It's a restaurant on the first level of the hotel. Great live music, drinks, and food.

Great clean hotel right in Centro Quarantero. You look for a place to stay. Hanks restaurant and lots of other places..have a great time.

The Gran Hotel is located in the very center of Queretaro. It is very comfortable and service was pleasing. While the hotel itself is very quiet, events on the plaza may be loud and may leave you with a sleepless night, though these events are not frequent. It was a pleasant stay and would recommend.
