By far the best hotel experience we ever had! Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.
Beautiful room and property. Great food. Very peaceful and staff are friendly and accommodating.
Disappointing overall. Positive: The room was very nice and staff were friendly. However...we spent one night here as a special treat (we thought) for our anniversary, and for three hours of that precious afternoon and nght, there were various people in and out of our room to...hang an external shower curtain. And it was NEVER even hung up. ??? One of the reasons we booked the place was the bathtub...
Such a lovely relaxing resort just outside of Merida. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very calm. I was lucky enough to come when the resort was not very full. The large pool is great and cocktails are even better! The food is pretty good as well as drinks but they are expensive.
We were warmly greeted and accommodated. Our room was charming and felt like home. The property is well maintained and gorgeous! From the seashell filled tiles to the hidden air conditioned registers this structure was beautifully architected. The staff are exemplary and above standard in my opinion regarding the hospitality industry.
Best hotel room I’ve ever had! From the hot tub to the fantastic bedding and the private patio… wish we could have stayed longer!
