I loved all the breakfast choices. Get there early because it can get crowded. Parking was really easy because it’s below the property and secure.
The room was very nice. The beds are very comfortable. They were clean. They were able to accommodate us to have connecting rooms last minute. I would say the only negative thing is you hearing belligerent people yelling at 11:30 at night. That only happened our last night there. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.
Hotel is looking tired and so are the rooms. Upgraded to a master suite and while it was quite spacious the room looked quite old and tired. The main bathroom was a tiny inspite of it being a suite. Not worth the price at all. Nespresso coffee refills came with a charge as did extra water. Service was ok and rooms were kept clean. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to most of the restaurants on Paseo...
Beautiful Hotel, clean, frendly people, The Mexican Restaurant the food is the best in quality and flavor. No need to go eat out side the hotel unless you want to experience the city.
The room temperature was always hot, the room has a sensor that actives the A/C when you come in or out and takes to much time to get cold. I asked front desk to check it, they sent some one and talll us that every thing was fine..
Great hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Many restaurants to choose from at walking distance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Mérida. Clean, modern, and very comfortable rooms, with an ideal location near Paseo de Montejo. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
Excelent hotel. Close to many amenities, always clean, staff very courteous. restaurants really good. The experience there is fabulous.
I wouldn't rate this hotel 4 stars. 3 stars at best. Hotel is old and outdated, towels smell like chlorine, would expect a lot more from a Hyatt Regency. Room service food is horrible, so is the buffet at the restaurant. Very low quality in all aspects. Do not recommend.
Use the valet for your luggage unless you want to carry your bags up and down at least four normal flights of stairs on the way to the elevators. The food in the restaurant was rather bland. The breakfast is pricey at 500 pesos per person. Otherwise, the hotel is great, well-located, and staff is helpful. The standard room is a bit cramped.
We really liked the hotel, in a very good area, close to main streets. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. I am considering it for future visits.
The staff were very nice but I think the property needs to be updated. Over all great experience!

I like bacon and waffles and better pastries like pan con chocolate
Sheets were dirty when we arrived, we had to call to change all bed covers. Besides that, the price is fare.
A very conveniently located property; great buffets for breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff…
Room 124 had shower problems. The water pressure had it so half the water came out The top and half came out the bottom. Also it did not drain well - so you’re showing in 2” of water. Hazael at the front desk was very helpful and professional. He gets 10 stars. Wish breakfast was included.
The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and huge variety. The staff was super friendly and willing to please.
Yes, but the shower didn’t have any water pressure at all and was dripping could not take a normal shower…..

This is an older hotel but kept clean. I have tried the food in the restaurant twice and I was not impressed, so I eat elsewhere.
Clean, cute rooms. Bathroom a bit outdated, but good beds and it was quiet for us. Great view on tenth floor. My kids loved the shallow area of the pool (even in January). Great location to walk or short taxi rides to destinations. If you want something with a mix of western amenities with Mexican charm, it's a good place to stay. Restaurant was a bit expensive for us personally, but room price was...
Great staff, and room was clean along with great house keeping and location is really nice
The breakfast menu was very fresh food and it had an amazing variety of dishes to choose from.
Refrigerator in room 1010 was barely cold.. 30% of front desk staff was friendly the other 70% are ‘efficient, too serious and barely accommodating to request made by a colleague. The evening staff (older woman) was kind, efficient and friendly.
Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff are great. The restaurant is great for breakfast. The location is excellent.

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.
overall a lovely stay with some feedback below pros • we loved the pool, was usually empty so had it to ourselves. surrounded by greenery and relatively clean (some leaves floating but it is to be expected) • nice room, with a separate living area with a sofa and coffee table. huge bed as well • daily housekeeping, the room was well maintained • such a peaceful location just outside the centre, felt...
A fun concept and the design was great. Terrific service!! Needs refreshing i.e. towels are stained and a little bit shredded. Our room had a large stain right above the bed and the plunge pool-which was the big draw in the first place-wasn’t very clean. I would definitely recommend-but I’d also recommend the owners bring a little rigor to the upkeep.
Great staff. Enormous amount of mosquitoes, wish there was something done about that or atleast offer or sell repellant. Breakfast included is also a plus & location also. I would come back but with a lot of mosquito repellent 😅
The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommended this please if you’re visiting Merida however is not very close to centro but a nice walk!!!
We had a fantastic room with a private little yard and pool that we loved - the breakfast was great and the staff was so nice . We also got massages which were perfect . The hotel pool and grounds were also really nice !

Be aware that this really is more of a Spanish speaking hotel than an international business hotel
The breakfast was a buffet, with pancakes, yoghurt, cereal, bread, fruits, eggs, sausages, bacon, juices, coffee and tea. You always had a good start to the day. Nearby is a huge shopping mall, lots of stores. Easy to drive from here to other areas inthe city. Always an empty spot for your car. The room is top notch, and so is the services.
Good to Drive out of the City without Traffic Jam
the service was really good, the only thing to improve is to have room service on premises and not from external restaurants. The other thing is to have a microwave available in the room.

By far the best hotel experience we ever had! Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.
Beautiful room and property. Great food. Very peaceful and staff are friendly and accommodating.
Disappointing overall. Positive: The room was very nice and staff were friendly. However...we spent one night here as a special treat (we thought) for our anniversary, and for three hours of that precious afternoon and nght, there were various people in and out of our room to...hang an external shower curtain. And it was NEVER even hung up. ??? One of the reasons we booked the place was the bathtub...
Such a lovely relaxing resort just outside of Merida. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very calm. I was lucky enough to come when the resort was not very full. The large pool is great and cocktails are even better! The food is pretty good as well as drinks but they are expensive.
We were warmly greeted and accommodated. Our room was charming and felt like home. The property is well maintained and gorgeous! From the seashell filled tiles to the hidden air conditioned registers this structure was beautifully architected. The staff are exemplary and above standard in my opinion regarding the hospitality industry.
Best hotel room I’ve ever had! From the hot tub to the fantastic bedding and the private patio… wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice hotel. Breakfast has to be improved.
It’s an OK hotel in a good location (Paseo 60), with lots of restaurants around, right below as well.Feels a bit dated overal.
Modern hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. Be aware that the bathroom doors are glass AND see-thru. Not good for privacy.
The facilities are a bit dated, the photos are somewhat misleading, but the location is very good.
The room was spacious and clean! Check-in was also convenient, but the downside was that the hotel didn't provide toothpaste; you had to buy it yourself. I stayed in a double room with breakfast included, but it turned out that breakfast required an additional 320 pesos for hot cooked meats!
The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. The location was great – not too far from the old town. Unfortunately, we only received one large towel and one small towel for two people, and there were no pool towels available either. The shower had little pressure, and some of the holes in the showerhead appeared to be clogged.

The hotel is very well located, check-in was quick, the only area for improvement is in the cleanliness as there were cockroaches in our bed when we arrived.
Washroom in room is was not up to good standards; and the reception staff could’ve been more friendly. Gym was closed. No notification given at time of booking.
The staff goes above and beyond. Lluis, Mario and Pedro the housekeeping excelente.
Nice Hotel Paseo Montejo It was very nice and very clean. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in with a great view. Close to many restaurants and activities safe to walk, a lot of entertainment we hope will come back soon.
There is no ventilation and it smells bad, not much, but yes
The location is good, not far from the city center, about 2 kilometers away. The avenue outside the hotel can be used for jogging, making it a holy place for morning jogging. There are art markets, restaurants, and bars on weekends, so you can definitely have a pleasant holiday and enjoy dinner with your family and friends. The hotel's buffet breakfast is not expensive, so consider buying more.

The hotel is an architectural gem, centrally located and with parking. The staff is excellent and very friendly! The super-comfortable beds provide a great night's sleep. We'll definitely be back!
The hotel itself is very nice and the service is generally good. The only problem is that it doesn't have hot water. We had to report it three times, and we had a small child with us. They had to change our room, and the water was more or less lukewarm. The area is very central and pleasant. Recommended if you're traveling on business or visiting, but not at all recommended if you're traveling with...
First, I'd like to highlight Pablo's kindness. He helped us choose the various tours we took in the area. The hotel is located somewhat far from the city center. The room is very spacious, but not at all cozy. It's uncomfortable and cold.
The hotel is very large. It's a bit outside the city center, but you can reach it relatively quickly on foot. The lobby is great. The room and bathroom were large and clean, but I felt like I was in a barracks outside. The price was OK. It was OK for one night.
This hotel is well-located, about 10 minutes walk from the Centro Historico. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, quiet and pretty. There are beautiful views from the balconies, and the pool is just beautiful. Although they do not currently serve food, there are nearby places to eat. Pablo was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.
Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our anniversary so they upgraded us to a suite. Food at the hotel was great. Located near some nice shops and dining establishments.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.
The place was beautiful and very elegant overall. That said, I do want to mention the beds. For the price of the room, I expected a much more comfortable mattress and pillows. The bed had very hard springs, which made it difficult to sleep, and I ended up waking up with back pain. A hotel should feel like a home away from home, and good sleep is a big part of that. Upgrading to memory foam or at least...
Overall ok, but the TV is all in spanish and there is no option to use our Netflix account which is quite common in all hotels.
It's an excellent location in middle of the historical centre though blink and you'll miss the entrance to the hotel: look up to see the hotel name. A couple notes: VERY firm beds. I had to buy a supplementary foam cushion from Walmart, which is around the corner. Also, 1 side of the hotel (east) faces the inner patio/courtyard which hosts public singing performances, which last until about 11pm,...

Very good value for money, hotel with a good location
Good basic Ibis hotel; daily room service and hotel is clean. In terms of location is at the end of Avenida Montejo, near the Patria monument. So a good hour walk from Centro Storico but you can always enjoy the beautiful houses along the way. Close to a Walmart.
Generally speaking, I can only say
Great place for stays in Merida! It is a bit far from most restaurants. If you stay there make sure to eat at Spanglish. It is a bit hard to find as it is within another restaurant but it was great. Also make sure to look up the Walmart. It’s close. Great for buying water.

Beautiful rooms and lobby’s in the hotel. Main complaint would be about maintenance around the pools, furniture and curtains not kept very clean
Very nice, spacious and beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful service, convenient free parking and close to many food option.
The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.
The luxurious hospitality and experience you are looking for in a capital city. Viva la Mexico.

I had the loveliest stay at Decu. The hospitality experience was amazing, with an incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Very tranquil and in a walkable neighborhood.
This is such a beautiful property. The place is pristine, the bed and pillows super comfortable and lets talked about the staff, just wow. Super attentive, accommodative, always with a smile. We are vegan and their menu didn’t have vegan options so we opted for buying some fridge food and make our leaves dinner, they warmed the food for us, no if it buts about it. The hotel looks really nice also decorations are pretty good but there were a couple of flaws. Room was too narrow, shower smelled of moisture. My room was facing the road and the noise was too high, especially in the night. We stayed for only one night
Pool in central courtyard area good size and depth to swim diametrically across or around. I did see the staff cleaning it in the morning but by early evening there were a fair number of leaves floating. Corridor outside room door big puddle(they overwatered the pot plant!!).Cleaning staff removed all my towels and did not replace. Had to request toilet roll to replenish. Very nice hotel for the price.
Check in at 3 pm. After two days at airports because of delays. The last thing you want to do is to set and wait to the very last minute to check in.
Hotel is near to city center, free car parking, walking distance. Hotel is okay if you not picky, as can see its age.
The hotel has a great location within walking distance of the ADO bus terminal, as well as all the historic sights of the city center. The hotel room left me with mixed feelings: on the one hand, a good bed, but on the other hand, the condition of everything else is very old, there is no refrigerator, safe or cutlery in the room.

Room ok but some renovations would be needed. Not great when Electricians worked near the room's door with the sign do not disturb at 7/8am
Ask to have a room far from the lobby! Ours was very close and very noisy, we couldn't sleep until after midnight and got woken up before 6. When they speak it seems as if they're in your room and in the night they listen to music with phone at max volume
The room was always cleaned, as needed and I loved the pool and breakfast, but it was the friendly staff, from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast to the kind man who seems to do everything here, he walked me to my room at check in, to the cats and the kindness of everyone here. I am so grateful to have spent some time here and felt the heart of Mexico. 🇲🇽 Muchas gracias to you all!
Location close to the center with all amenities available. Recommended.
The hotel is really nice and good value for money, really close to the ADO bus station in the center of Mérida. But I was there one Saturday night and there were so much noise from people having "a party" at the pool/ lobby area that it was impossible to sleep. Nice and spacious rooms though and everything look clean. Perfect for a one night stay if you have an early bus to catch.
We stayed at Hotel Mirador in Merida for one night during our trip across Mexico. It was one of the best hotels we found at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and welcoming.
