Fiesta Americana - Merida, Merida1 / 30

Pool: Pool
Loooove Fiesta Americana! Good location, very nice personnel, pretty common areas (lobby, restaurants, pool, spa). Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, good toiletries
The beds are very comfortable. They were able to accommodate us to have connecting rooms last minute. I would say the only negative thing is you hearing belligerent people yelling at 11:30 at night
Beautiful Hotel, clean, frendly people, The Mexican Restaurant the food is the best in quality and flavor. No need to go eat out side the hotel unless you want to experience the city.
It is as close to a 5 star as I have experienced in Mexico. I booked at a 3rd party service. No complaints about anything. The breakfast buffet was fantastic
I loved all the breakfast choices. Get there early because it can get crowded. Parking was really easy because it’s below the property and secure.
Great hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Many restaurants to choose from at walking distance.

I wouldn't rate this hotel 4 stars. Hotel is old and outdated, towels smell like chlorine, would expect a lot more from a Hyatt Regency. Room service food is horrible, so is the buffet at the restaurant
The pool is only pretty but always old because the sun is covered by the tall building most of the day. Rooms are excellent If you ask for the new wing
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Mérida. Clean, modern, and very comfortable rooms, with an ideal location near Paseo de Montejo. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better
Highly recommended and would definitely stay again
We really liked the hotel, in a very good area, close to main streets. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. I am considering it for future visits.
Excelent hotel. Close to many amenities, always clean, staff very courteous. restaurants really good. The experience there is fabulous.

Merida, Av. Colon 504 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
The only drawback is that the floor of the shower room is too slippery and there is no anti-slip mat. I can only use the towel placed outside as a foot pad and put it on the floor of the shower room.
The location is quite good, surrounded by high-end hotels. The air conditioning has to be on continuously; if set to auto-mode, the unit makes a huge noise when it kicks in as the room temperature rises
The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅
The hotel rooms, gym, and rooftop infinity pool are all new. The area is quiet, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and Centro Historico is about 2km away
The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating a family of four! During Christmas, there's a live Christmas band in the restaurant on the first floor, creating a wonderful atmosphere
The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip

This is a great choice for a stay, awesome breakfast, quiet, took care of us very well
I like bacon and waffles and better pastries like pan con chocolate
The water pressure had it so half the water came out The top and half came out the bottom. Also it did not drain well - so you’re showing in 2” of water. Hazael at the front desk was very helpful and professional
Rooms were a great size for two. Service was excellent! The staff were so kind and attentive. You can’t beat the location as it’s right in the smack middle of centro Merida.
It was a very nice experience to stay at this hotel, very clean, easy check.Because it’s near Paseo Montejo it was totally to get around restaurants, museums, etc
Sheets were dirty when we arrived, we had to call to change all bed covers. Besides that, the price is fare.

Bathroom a bit outdated, but good beds and it was quiet for us. My kids loved the shallow area of the pool (even in January). Great location to walk or short taxi rides to destinations
Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff are great. The restaurant is great for breakfast. The location is excellent.
The breakfast menu was very fresh food and it had an amazing variety of dishes to choose from.
If you want something with a mix of western amenities with Mexican charm, it's a good place to stay. Restaurant was a bit expensive for us personally, but room price was spot on. All the employees were friendly with us
Older but very clean rooms. Great breakfast. Staff are very good. Property is well maintained. Great location. The pillows are a little hard, but minor detail.
Great staff, and room was clean along with great house keeping and location is really nice

Hotel is about 30 mins from El Centro, so had to take a taxi to get to the action and vibe we were looking for
Was a lovely hotel with great facilities and a great pool. The shopping area attached to the hotel is lovely and don’t miss Bachour for their amazing pastries.
The attention of the impeccable staff, how the attention of the Camino Real chain is always distinguished, especially thanks to Wilberth who accompanied us today on the tour inside the facilities and to Cinthia the manager for all the information she gave us
The only little thing is that I asked for different drinks and they didn’t have them, apparently out of stuck, no martinis, no Prosecco, no mimosas, no wine per cup just bottles and of course no bottomless
Staff was super friendly and helpful!! Hotel was very nice and all air conditioned! A small mall was connected to it. Only thing is that it is far from central area so you have to use Ubers
Everything perfect the hotel is amazing and the staff so nice and the food wow!!

I stayed for 14 nights and I have great things to say about the property and the staff. This is a model property for every other hotel in my opinion. Everyone was pleasant and guest focused. Super experience!
I really like this hotel, it is quiet, the service is good, the facilities are very good and the bed is comfortable, the only bad thing is the restaurant, both in quality and service.
It’s a wonderful place, the service is amazing and the food is delicious. Thanks to everyone for do my visit to Merida a good first experience.
Great place, great vibes - staff was amazing! Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Merida.

Easy to drive from here to other areas inthe city. Always an empty spot for your car. The room is top notch, and so is the services
The staff here are exceptional, the rooms are a bit dated but clean. The breakfast has a good variety with great coffee. Location was great as we went to progreso many times, lots of shopping near.
Be aware that this really is more of a Spanish speaking hotel than an international business hotel
The outside of the building is pretty out of shape; but in general; the breakfast is great and with variety; the rooms are pretty clean and wide open; pool and gym perfect; the service with reception great; how ever when you have plenty arriving you should have another person not only one; but even like that the girl at front desk did great
The breakfast was a buffet, with pancakes, yoghurt, cereal, bread, fruits, eggs, sausages, bacon, juices, coffee and tea. You always had a good start to the day. Nearby is a huge shopping mall, lots of stores
And I like to check and review them and this hotel Holiday inn express ROCK is awesome and pretty awesome price; only the location is far for the center of Mérida but for the north area is great

I am particularly fond of a weekend breakfast of eggs benedict or cochinita pibil, but also enjoy it for ladies lunches, and evening dinner on a chamber music concert night
By far the best hotel experience we ever had! Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area
We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it
Beautiful room and property. Great food. Very peaceful and staff are friendly and accommodating.
The large pool is great and cocktails are even better! The food is pretty good as well as drinks but they are expensive
There are black tarps hanging over all so if you look in their direction from the beautiful pool area, it's like you're in the middle of a post-indusrtial wasteland The photos are taken from the construction area so they don't show it

Beautiful hotel on main thoroughfare excellent location for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Rooftop pool with full bar and food service. Lovely balcony off of each spacious room
Great place, very clean, excellent food, fantastic view to the city and trendy rooftop pool with a bar. Right on paseo montejo it's the main street in Merida with lots of tourists, very clean and safe area
The breakfast buffet deserves to have it's own review
Not a bad place to stay, good location and friendly staff. There were coffee makers in the room but no mugs or coffee. Only 5 pool chairs for 156 room hotel. :(
Good, Budget friendly. Short stay hotel Great location rooftop pool. But no coffe options except at buffet restaurant
Room was tired with visible black corners and excessive caulking in bathroom especially around tub. Linens (towels and sheets) were threadbare and stained which gave a dirty impression

Hotel was super modern and clean. Room was super comfortable. Breakfast options could improve as everything was out of a box and seemed old.
Beautiful spotless modern room with great view. Staff was exceptionally helpful & kind.
Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything
Excellent quick trip to Mérida Hotel was in an excellent location, with an amazing staff who were super helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, updated, with a very comfortable bed
The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome

Unfortunately, we only received one large towel and one small towel for two people, and there were no pool towels available either
Special mention to the director Gabriel who greeted us on arrival and departure from our stay. I will return without hesitation, the place is ideal for both work and leisure. Beautiful pool with very beautiful views
The hotel is pretty new, infinity pool on the roof with 360 wonderful views 20 minutes walking of the old part of Merida, on the first floor have a plaza with multiple restaurants, live music and much more
Excellent facilities, attention and service. It is ideal for business trips. And because it is located in a shopping mall, there are restaurants and bars where you can have a good time.
The room was spacious and clean! Check-in was also convenient, but the downside was that the hotel didn't provide toothpaste; you had to buy it yourself
I stayed in a double room with breakfast included, but it turned out that breakfast required an additional 320 pesos for hot cooked meats!

After having a nightmare at another hotel, (which by the way I lost a ton of money but will report it for giving misleading information) I was able to quickly book Hotel Los Aluxes and within a fe minutes and a call to the hotel they welcome us and made us feel at home! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT HOTEL LOS ALUXES!!!
Check-in is not until 3 PM, there's no luggage porter, the Wi-Fi is average, there's no toilet paper or body lotion, the bed is average length, the air conditioner/generator is noisy, and bottled water was only provided on the first day
It's near the plaza's food and clothing district, has an elevator and air conditioning, and the bathroom has ample water. Breakfast is included, but not large. The restaurant staff are very friendly
Traffic restrictions on Sundays prevented taxis from reaching the hotel entrance. However, because Mérida is by far my favorite city in Mexico, I give it a higher rating
It was a nice experience. The area was clean! Only problem I had was no internet in my room.
My stay in Los Aluxes was good, the room was a little old but reasonable and they have a good staff

Nice Hotel Paseo Montejo It was very nice and very clean. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in with a great view
Close to many restaurants and activities safe to walk, a lot of entertainment we hope will come back soon
The staff goes above and beyond. Lluis, Mario and Pedro the housekeeping excelente.
Great value and very good location. Rooms are decent and very good for 800 pesos. Sometimes on busy Saturday’s and Sundays the hotel is full and prices double. Free parking lot also makes it easy to drive and park
The hotel is very well located, check-in was quick, the only area for improvement is in the cleanliness as there were cockroaches in our bed when we arrived.
Perfect, safe tourist location and rooms are frequently discounted so it’s good value. Clean room, modern fixtures, nice big indoor pool. Jets weren’t working in the spa tub

The hotel is an architectural gem, centrally located and with parking. The staff is excellent and very friendly! The super-comfortable beds provide a great night's sleep. We'll definitely be back!
This hotel is well-located, about 10 minutes walk from the Centro Historico. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, quiet and pretty. There are beautiful views from the balconies, and the pool is just beautiful
Really clean hotel the is quiet although so central. Good location, but go for breakfast somewhere else. The pool area is unfortunately not really in the sun so my friend was disappointed that she couldn't get a tan
This hotel was so beautiful! We were so excited to stay at this hotel and we were amazed! I went on my honeymoon and Juan was our server/bellman/ hotel guide he showed us the locked up rooms and told us the history of eat room
He also took the time to get us mosquito repellent while we were eating on the patio. He also recommended the most delicious food on the menu 💕 The customer service at this hotel was the best I've ever had at any hotel
Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our anniversary so they upgraded us to a suite. Food at the hotel was great. Located near some nice shops and dining establishments.

We had a lovely tour of this beautiful home and landmark. Our tour guide, Israel, (spoke English) was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and charming. I recommend touring El Minaret to anyone visiting Merida
Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do
On Weekend there are market(bazaar) in which local people sell their products from food to design merchandise. You can go to the observatory for 50 pesos, but it's not as special as you might think
Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again
Lovely and cozy place! To see inside, $80 for normal entry and $60 for the student price. They run a lot of events in their front yard
The bed had very hard springs, which made it difficult to sleep, and I ended up waking up with back pain. A hotel should feel like a home away from home, and good sleep is a big part of that

my favorite hotel to stay in Merida. Staff are very nice and helpful. Pool is awesome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Cant beat the location
I think all the rooms are the same, but when you make your reservation, it's best to ask for a room with a view of the pool! I was in the room at the very back, and unfortunately couldn't see the pool at all! The cleaning lady was kind, and the guy at the reception was also very kind! The beer at the beer shop next to the hotel was also delicious
It is directly across the street from Santa Lucia park and four blocks from the main square. The check-in was easy and the front desk people very helpful. Our room was very clean and had two comfortable beds
The shower had plenty of hot water and was great. We only use the air conditioner at night to take out the humidity but it worked great. Had a ceiling fan right over the bed and a rocking chair in the room
The bed was so comfortable an clean. I didnt get time to watch the tv because i spent most of the time in that soft bed. The shower water was hot it was a surprise. I give it a 10 out of 10 i will go back
Room was clean, staff was courteous, location is close to everything and anything. There are several shops, restaurants, and hangouts nearby. You wan walk and feel safe in this area

Pros: - Good price. - Relatively good location. - It has a pool. Cons: - The room wasn't that clean. - The shower wasn't working properly. - The breakfast was very limited.
Everyone was very friendly to include staff and other guests. The rooms were pretty spacious for the price. The property was well maintained. The only feedback I would say as a con is the bed wasnt very comfortable
It is not a luxury hotel, but it is definitely a great opportunity for having a good service for a good price. Congratulations to the staff, they are amazing
Family hotel very basic, but clean Very economical if your budget is limited. The staff was nice Good for a few days

Great stay in Mérida Stayed here as part of a longer trip along the Mayan Train route, and thought it was an excellent option: very centrally located to the main nightlife area in Mérida, with great amenities and quality
This is perfect for a clean and quiet stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. The service began even before I checked in with a personal text. Great option.
Nice and quiet place, walking distance to main square

Checkin process was simple and easy. The whole staff was super friendly. Loved that TV had Netflix on it. The room was clean and spacious. The middle pool was my favorite
Beautiful rooms and lobby’s in the hotel. Main complaint would be about maintenance around the pools, furniture and curtains not kept very clean
Very nice, spacious and beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful service, convenient free parking and close to many food option.
