Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.
In addition, there was loud construction on the condos being bult all around the hacienda. There are black tarps hanging over all so if you look in their direction from the beautiful pool area, it's like you're in the middle of a post-indusrtial wasteland The photos are taken from the construction area so they don't show it. It was very noisy on our balcony so we couldn't really hang out there.
Food a the restaurant was just OK.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and very calm.
I was lucky enough to come when the resort was not very full. The large pool is great and cocktails are even better!
The food is pretty good as well as drinks but they are expensive.
The food terrible , the service very poor, no one takes care of the guests is just bad service
