Merida, Paseo Montejo No. 451 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I loved all the breakfast choices. Get there early because it can get crowded. Parking was really easy because it’s below the property and secure.
The room was very nice. The beds are very comfortable. They were clean. They were able to accommodate us to have connecting rooms last minute. I would say the only negative thing is you hearing belligerent people yelling at 11:30 at night. That only happened our last night there. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.
Hotel is looking tired and so are the rooms. Upgraded to a master suite and while it was quite spacious the room looked quite old and tired. The main bathroom was a tiny inspite of it being a suite. Not worth the price at all. Nespresso coffee refills came with a charge as did extra water. Service was ok and rooms were kept clean. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to most of the restaurants on Paseo...
Beautiful Hotel, clean, frendly people, The Mexican Restaurant the food is the best in quality and flavor. No need to go eat out side the hotel unless you want to experience the city.
The room temperature was always hot, the room has a sensor that actives the A/C when you come in or out and takes to much time to get cold. I asked front desk to check it, they sent some one and talll us that every thing was fine..
Great hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Many restaurants to choose from at walking distance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Mérida. Clean, modern, and very comfortable rooms, with an ideal location near Paseo de Montejo. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
Excelent hotel. Close to many amenities, always clean, staff very courteous. restaurants really good. The experience there is fabulous.
I wouldn't rate this hotel 4 stars. 3 stars at best. Hotel is old and outdated, towels smell like chlorine, would expect a lot more from a Hyatt Regency. Room service food is horrible, so is the buffet at the restaurant. Very low quality in all aspects. Do not recommend.
Use the valet for your luggage unless you want to carry your bags up and down at least four normal flights of stairs on the way to the elevators. The food in the restaurant was rather bland. The breakfast is pricey at 500 pesos per person. Otherwise, the hotel is great, well-located, and staff is helpful. The standard room is a bit cramped.
We really liked the hotel, in a very good area, close to main streets. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. I am considering it for future visits.
The staff were very nice but I think the property needs to be updated. Over all great experience!

Room is good and clean. Breakfast buffet is really good and lots of varieties available. Overall very good
The location is quite good, surrounded by high-end hotels. The air conditioning has to be on continuously; if set to auto-mode, the unit makes a huge noise when it kicks in as the room temperature rises. The mattress is too soft; my back sinks in when I lie on it.
We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos...
The hotel rooms, gym, and rooftop infinity pool are all new. The area is quiet, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and Centro Historico is about 2km away. The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating a family of four! During Christmas, there's a live Christmas band in the restaurant on the first floor, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico trip. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.
The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 1...

Beautiful hotel on main thoroughfare excellent location for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Courteous and helpful staff. Rooftop pool with full bar and food service. Lovely balcony off of each spacious room. The breakfast buffet deserves to have it's own review. Great value.
The staff is warm and helpful.
Good, Budget friendly. Short stay hotel Great location rooftop pool. But no coffe options except at buffet restaurant
Good option when traveling to Merida. Well located with plenty of dining places around. 20 minute walk to downtown makes it great.
Extremely safe, its a historical city with new and old properties, the hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful.
Not a bad place to stay, good location and friendly staff. There were coffee makers in the room but no mugs or coffee. Only 5 pool chairs for 156 room hotel. :(

Beautiful spotless modern room with great view. Staff was exceptionally helpful & kind.
The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome. I also want to give Carlos a compliment on being so help and patient answeringy questions. onasanswering .spending the time
Parkiing was convenient. We did not est breakfasts at the property
The location is amazing, easily accessible from Paseo de Montejo! If you go by car, it enhances your experience.
The hotel is very clean. The services very excellent. The location good. But too much noise.
The place is great, the vibe is excellent. Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything.

The hotel is an architectural gem, centrally located and with parking. The staff is excellent and very friendly! The super-comfortable beds provide a great night's sleep. We'll definitely be back!
The hotel itself is very nice and the service is generally good. The only problem is that it doesn't have hot water. We had to report it three times, and we had a small child with us. They had to change our room, and the water was more or less lukewarm. The area is very central and pleasant. Recommended if you're traveling on business or visiting, but not at all recommended if you're traveling with...
First, I'd like to highlight Pablo's kindness. He helped us choose the various tours we took in the area. The hotel is located somewhat far from the city center. The room is very spacious, but not at all cozy. It's uncomfortable and cold.
The hotel is very large. It's a bit outside the city center, but you can reach it relatively quickly on foot. The lobby is great. The room and bathroom were large and clean, but I felt like I was in a barracks outside. The price was OK. It was OK for one night.
This hotel is well-located, about 10 minutes walk from the Centro Historico. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, quiet and pretty. There are beautiful views from the balconies, and the pool is just beautiful. Although they do not currently serve food, there are nearby places to eat. Pablo was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.
Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our anniversary so they upgraded us to a suite. Food at the hotel was great. Located near some nice shops and dining establishments.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.
The place was beautiful and very elegant overall. That said, I do want to mention the beds. For the price of the room, I expected a much more comfortable mattress and pillows. The bed had very hard springs, which made it difficult to sleep, and I ended up waking up with back pain. A hotel should feel like a home away from home, and good sleep is a big part of that. Upgrading to memory foam or at least...
Overall ok, but the TV is all in spanish and there is no option to use our Netflix account which is quite common in all hotels.
It's an excellent location in middle of the historical centre though blink and you'll miss the entrance to the hotel: look up to see the hotel name. A couple notes: VERY firm beds. I had to buy a supplementary foam cushion from Walmart, which is around the corner. Also, 1 side of the hotel (east) faces the inner patio/courtyard which hosts public singing performances, which last until about 11pm,...
Room was noisy . I kept hearing the ac noise from outside. Bathroom had a sewage smell. Ill probably won't stay there again.

Very nice, spacious and beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful service, convenient free parking and close to many food option.
The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.
The luxurious hospitality and experience you are looking for in a capital city. Viva la Mexico.

I can not say enough about this property. The staff, it was very clean, it was convenient, safe parking for the car, and it was so beautiful. The Hacienda is amazing! The wood, work the doors, the pools, the furnishings, all perfect. You mush be aware that this place is not for people who need an elevator so you must be prepared for stairs. Loved it!
This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and also Paseo Montejo. We walked to all the places from the hotel and the personnel from the hotel is very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm and Albert received us, he was very helpful with information, Jaime also was very good. Sofia the masseuse is excellent.
I enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda. Location is super convening and the property is large , rooms are spacious and nice. Price was great. Will be back on next visit to Merida
Well restored historical building. It felt very private. We never had to share a pool with other guests as they were all located in different quarters. My two kids and I had a great stay. They also enjoyed the breakfast on premise.
We had an excellent stay here. It is like a haven in Merida. Rooms are a great size with lots of original features - beautiful tiles, lighting and great pools. Staff were extremely friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I visited Mérida again.

Beautiful and historic property, lovely rooms and huge bathrooms. The grounds are amazing but seem 50% inactive and it was eerily empty for our visit in late January. Also, few staff speak English. Location is 30 minutes from center of Merida. Still, we loved it and recommend it.
Spotless room, beautiful grounds, helpful staff.
This is a fantastic place tucked away near the airport in Merida. The Hacienda was first built in 1640 but it is like a lavish resort in the middle of the jungle. With cenote, swimming pool pools, a first class spa and excellent accommodations
Wonderful hacienda and room. Bathtub amazing. Pool is ok. Cenote is small and not beautiful. Awful breakfast, awful service at breakfast, cheap coffee, small assiette of fruits, one orange juice for two, no refill. Ridiculous and petty for the price.
i requested a receipt, invoice upon leaving the place..they didnt supply me with one..they said they would email me one..a week and a half later i have not received a receipt..can you (*******) help me obtain a receipt, invoice for my stay there?

I had the loveliest stay at Decu. The hospitality experience was amazing, with an incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Very tranquil and in a walkable neighborhood.
This is such a beautiful property. The place is pristine, the bed and pillows super comfortable and lets talked about the staff, just wow. Super attentive, accommodative, always with a smile. We are vegan and their menu didn’t have vegan options so we opted for buying some fridge food and make our leaves dinner, they warmed the food for us, no if it buts about it. Lovely hotel and excellent location. We had a great time over New Year’s Eve. The breakfast (if you opt in to have breakfast included) is in the restauarant attached to the hotel and offers a variety of choices off their breakfast menu. Absolutely fantastic! The hotel is an oasis of tranquility in the beautiful city of Mérida. Service is of an exceptional high level. The view from the penthouse suite is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and the pool is great! We spent 3 lovely nights at this place.
The Boutique hotel is stunning. It's such a lovely environment overall, from the piano in the lobby to the indoor-outdoor feel and the incredible pool. Casa Italia is close enough to all the main sites to visit in Merida, while being far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood so you can rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved the private pool and courtyard for relaxation after a long day of siteseeing.
The air conditioner was musty and loud, however, the rest of the stay was pleasant. The breakfast included is continental, and decent, albeit small. The cost for the egg option is fine at 85 pesos. One of the best hotels ANYWHERE. The owner strives for perfection and achieves it. Gorgeous property. Perfect location. The staff is always there to help. Wonderful breakfast.
