Aleksandra Apartments Utjeha in Utjeha

July 2025, we came here for family reunion, rented a villa. We had 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, terrace, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I would like to first of all say many thanks to the owners, the hospitality was the best we’ve encountered at the villa. We had a million dollar view, most beautiful seaside, small private beach! Really, 2 weeks gone by and we were amazed by the nature of the country, good coffee, even traduce jams on weekends didn’t disappoint us.
I will post some pics. Again, many thanks to the owners, just on a short note, it might be good to rent sup boards and towels. Just an advice. I also have to mention that everything was very clean!

It is a simple place where you can hire an apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are a little bit old, but we'll maintained and clean. There is an electrc heater for hot water. Air conditioner available, but we did not need to use. The fridge and stove in the kitchen was a little bit too old, but they work well. Kitchenware was adequate and quite new. They change the sheets and towels very often, upon your request. The sea is wonderful. However, there is no beach. There are several large platforms on the rocks where you can use sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a dirt road of 200 m to reach the facility. You need a car if you would cook your own meal. The closest food shop is far more than a kilometer and you need to walk through a small pebble beach, some stairs and a slope to reach there. There are three restaurants on the same route, which are closer, by the large crowded beach. The pool was small but good enough for entertaining kids. My favourite activity was to swim to the other side of the bay, which is 400 m. You can do some snorkeling if you enjoy. The sea was mostly wavy and the weather was relatively cool when we were there by mid July to August. We were told that it is not the seasonal normals.
Did I mention that the view was great?

We stay in “studio apartment wirh sea view” this apartment has so much space and has every machines that you need in a holiday. The private beach is also great.

Basic furnishings. Could use some maintenance; broken shower, mold, shaky handrails, mediocre kitchen equipment, water in the kitchen not drinkable, mediocre patio chairs, some beds very soft, some pillows flat. 2 to 3 stars for this. However, the location/position is excellent and people super friendly. Therefore 4 stars.

Delightful place! Access to all facilities! Quality service, helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms with balcony and sea view. Seaside location, private beach!

The biggest advantage is direct access to the sea, private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. For me the location itself compensates following imperfections:
The access road is rocky, narrow and steep but you can do it.
Parking is a little bit stressful as there is not enough space.
The appartment 1 needs refreshment and some repairs (broken external roller shutters, torn insect protection nets, leaking air conditioning).
There is nothing to do around but swimming and sunbathing. For any further attractions or even grocery shopping you need to drive somewhere else.
Overall we enjoyed our stay as our key expectation - good acces to the sea - has been perfectly met
