Basic furnishings. Could use some maintenance; broken shower, mold, shaky handrails, mediocre kitchen equipment, water in the kitchen not drinkable, mediocre patio chairs, some beds very soft, some pillows flat. 2 to 3 stars for this. However, the location/position is excellent and people super friendly. Therefore 4 stars.

Delightful place! Access to all facilities! Quality service, helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms with balcony and sea view. Seaside location, private beach!

The biggest advantage is direct access to the sea, private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. For me the location itself compensates following imperfections:
The access road is rocky, narrow and steep but you can do it.
Parking is a little bit stressful as there is not enough space.
The appartment 1 needs refreshment and some repairs (broken external roller shutters, torn insect protection nets, leaking air conditioning).
There is nothing to do around but swimming and sunbathing. For any further attractions or even grocery shopping you need to drive somewhere else.
Overall we enjoyed our stay as our key expectation - good acces to the sea - has been perfectly met
