Clean modern apartments with all the conveniences and a friendly/welcoming family acting as hosts. A great choice as a place to stay in the town, and only ten minutes walk to the old town and seafront.

This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. Perfect accommodation in the heart of Ulcinj. Beautiful sea view and cozy garden. Pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Friendly, gentle and professional owners! We are looking forward to visit Poborska villa again next year.

The owner provides excellent service and is very easy to reach. No matter at what time of the day there is plenty of parking at least during off season, during peak season it might be different.

Owner was very helpful and attentive. They let me check out 4 hours late. View from the balcony was awesome and it's a short walk down to the beautiful rocky shoreline. Enjoyed my stay!

Amazing staff! Perfect location looking over the sea in the old town! This is the location to stay in. They have a really nice restaurant where you can have fish for dinner and a great omelette and coffee for breakfast. They are renovating all the rooms - the rooms that are done are really nice. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was wonderful. We felt like part of the family. There is a free wine tasting for the guests. It is a lovely place and we would always come back.

Wonderful place !!! The hosts are so nice, they take care of the guests. There is free bike for visit the village or the vineyard around. The view is just magic with a perfect swimming-pool ! We stay three nights but it's not enough ;)

We were only here for 1 night but wish we could've stayed longer! Villas are perfect and the view surround the pool is even better. We had a lovely time wine tasting and eating the lovely food they cooked for us.

Came here for a wine tasting and breakfast, both were of great quality. The breakfast terras has a beautiful view of the valley. Reason this place gets only 4 stars is because its too expensive! But i guess this place is a bit more exclusive and for upper class tourists, because it's absolutely beautiful.

First of all it’s location, the view from villa is unbelievable 😍 Celebrated my wedding here and it was the best decision for our intimate wedding.

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

The staff is friendly and helpful.. the location is easy to find if you follow Google Maps instructions.. only problem is that it says mostly flat... in fact it is not. 4mins walk form the beech. Breath taking view from the pool. Villa is separated with the main house and a guest house.. only problem with this place is that it needs reconstruction and an upgrade. And the Toilets are a bit too small...

Good location is the only plus. If you go there just for an overnight stay, then ok. The villa has a lot of small jambs that can be easily fixed and everything will be ok. Small ants in the rooms bit us. Old bed linen that hasn't been changed once in a week. Dirty old towels that have not been changed for a week. After reading the bad reviews I was very worried about going. We rest with a child of 3 years on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea, the road is gentle, it does not exhaust (even a child). On the way to the beach cafes and shops, very convenient. The villa was beautiful even more beautiful than in the photos, surrounded by nature. Inside, the house is very well equipped with all useful utensils The hosts are wonderful people, available and ready to help. We forgot a suitcase and Vladimir helped and followed us in all the steps of the expedition. The villa was certainly an excellent choice, which we would gladly make again.

I had a super stay in the beautiful and well-kept villa Hrarbri Vuk. The host was very friendly and helped us discover the best of the region. The villa is not too far from the beautiful town of Budva, easy to do with a taxi. There is a lot to see in the region, definitely worth a visit.

We rented the whole of Villa Hrabri Vuk and had a really nice stay there. The villa was clean when we arrived and the host (Vladimir) was very friendly. Vladimir later helped us with translations from serbian and other practical things. I would recommend going here! a taxi to budva is cheap and with a car you can make day trips to all the nice spots on the coast.
