The bungalow is luxurious, but still cozy. The staff and management are really nice and attentive. The food and the service are also great. The hotel has a big pool and seating area and an own sea side

They'll help you with anything, and will tell you everything you need to know. You can use the barbecue on the patio in the beautiful garden and cook dinner. It's very close to the clear, blue sea, just 150 meters away

Open Sky Apartments is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. The entire guesthouse is very clean, the rooms spacious and well equipped. The hosts make sure that the guests feel at home

The food was really not the best. You could not pick what u wanted for breakfast and had to eat what was served which was always something with tomatoes and cucumbers, so no changes

They change the sheets and towels very often, upon your request. There are several large platforms on the rocks where you can use sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a dirt road of 200 m to reach the facility

You need a car if you would cook your own meal. The closest food shop is far more than a kilometer and you need to walk through a small pebble beach, some stairs and a slope to reach there

I thought that I would have a vacation in a beautiful view, but with parents & kids who shout and jump into the pool every day from morning to evening

It is a simple place where you can hire an apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are a little bit old, but we'll maintained and clean. There is an electrc heater for hot water

The biggest advantage is direct access to the sea, private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. For me the location itself compensates following imperfections: The access road is rocky, narrow and steep but you can do it

You should be ready to cook meals yourself. If you come by car its perfect. If you come by taxi it is also OK. 500 m away or so there is a minimarket, where main product are available

My wife and I stayed at this property in the middle of April, 2025. We looked for an escape from megapollis and found it here. Blue sea a nice beach just 100 meters away

You can hear the waves and birds, very few people around. The owners - Esma and Adam - are very nice people. New sheets in the bed, small kitchen with all the kitchenware you may need, tea, salt and sugar, teapot

Go up to the road and a little bit to Utjeha, at the road side you will see the place to buy food. I dream of coming back to this place again

In one corner of the room, the floor still had beach pebbles on it, which suggests it wasn’t cleaned very well. The bathroom also had a sewage smell. The bed sheets had noticeable yellow stains

Located 15 minutes to the sea. There is a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic Sea. Surrounded by flowering trees and gardens. Predominant that lives in people and silence. Great place to relax with children

The owners are fantastic people, really kind and helpful. Utjeha is a small village but with the best beaches and not a lot of people. The view from our apartment was stunning
