Where to stay in Utjeha

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years and it never loses its magic. Every time I return, I feel the same calm, almost magical energy that makes it so special. The beach days here are always relaxing, and it feels like the perfect escape from everyday life. What makes it even more wonderful is the staff – always so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You don’t just feel like a guest...

Very beautiful experience, beautiful view, very polite staff. The rooms are clean, i recommend this place. For sure I will go back again!

The location and view were absolutely beautiful, and the receptionist was very kind and supportive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing — the dishes and pools were not properly maintained. On our second day, we all got sick, which really affected our overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the atmosphere relaxing. Wonderful hospitality – warm, polite, and always with a smile. I would definitely love to come back!

The restaurant was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast was a generous buffet with lots of fresh options, and for lunch I had the octopus, which was cooked perfectly. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The resort also has two beautiful pools that are perfect for relaxing before or after a meal. And dining while watching the sunset was just breathtaking...

Absolutely loved this place! The pools are amazing—super clean and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. The beach is just gorgeous, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. It really felt like the best of both worlds! The staff were so friendly and always went out of their way to help. Food and drinks were delicious, with something for everyone. Honestly, everything was just perfect—I couldn’t...

It was one of the best staying ever i had 🥰we were there in September The room wasn’t the best but so many other things balanced with it. Location was so great for us for relaxation and nice view. Breakfast was reach and delicious 😋 first few days we had an open buffet and the last 3 days they provided us individual as it was end of the season Parking: we got a key for parking place so we didn’t face...

Review for restaurant, we were for a dinner there, ate pizza. It was great, stuff was really friendly. Nice and cozy environment with nice sea front. Recommending it for quick and easy meal.

If you are looking for a quiet place to rest an smell the vast sea consider this place.

Amazing place! Highly recommended! We will be back that’s for sure!

Great position, friendly staff, very good brekfast. We had amazing view from our room 🥰

Great location, friendly staff, nice view, clean room, excellent breakfast. Huge recommendation for this hotel.

Super fun, relaxing, peaceful place to relax, the food came very quickly and was very tasty, I recommend you go and relax here

Visited only restaurant. Prices about 20eur per dish. Tuna was oversalted but generally everything was quite good. Fast service. Excellent location with sea view

Excellent servis, excellent staff, clean rooms, and the view is beautifull!

Spacious clean and modern quality built Apartment with great sea views. Owners are extremely charming and accommodating to respond to any of your needs with great suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing trips, etc. We were truly spoiled with fresh fruits and homegrown wine . Stayed a full week and could not fault our fancy sparkly Bay that allowed for snorkelling and boat trips. Fantastic fish restaurant...

We had a spacious two bedroom apartment with a large balcony and a stunning view at the sea. The host is very nice and we felt welcome any time.

The most beautiful place on the coast! Yes, and from the windows of a three-room apartment .... mmm

Anazing place with perfect location near sea, with large, clean and cosy rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

What a wonderful place! I've been staying at the Axenia Hotel for four years now. I've never seen a better sea. The amazing owners of this cozy, homely hotel, Konstantin and Tatiana, are always happy to welcome guests. They'll help you with anything, and will tell you everything you need to know. You can use the barbecue on the patio in the beautiful garden and cook dinner. It's very close to the clear...

I don’t understand why this place has such a high rating. We booked it through Airbnb, and the host was 15–20 minutes late for check-in, so we had to wait after a long and exhausting trip. We were 4 people, but when we arrived there was only one towel in the apartment. We had to ask for more. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no kitchen towel, only two blankets for four people, and just two...

Good hotel service was perfekt. Beach is around 150/250 meters away.

My wife and I stayed at this property in the middle of April, 2025. We looked for an escape from megapollis and found it here. Blue sea a nice beach just 100 meters away. You can hear the waves and birds, very few people around. The owners - Esma and Adam - are very nice people. New sheets in the bed, small kitchen with all the kitchenware you may need, tea, salt and sugar, teapot. You should be ready...

A wonderful place to stay with stunning views and the sweetest hosts. Go and find peace..

lovely spacious apartment, views of sunset, near quiet beach, quiet despite neighbouring block, a friendly welcome host, I highly recommend

Fantastic place to rest... Friendly and pleasant hosts, clean, tidy, close to the beach, we will come back again...

Place with amazing view and very kind staff! They have arranged transfer to the beach which is very useful if you want to spend day or some time at Utjeha beach.

the girls who work in the hotel are very professional, hardworking, kind and beautiful. they played great music! we come here often, we will come again!

clean rooms, friendly hotel staff, nice swimming pool, nice sea view

Wonderful place with wonderful view, but above all wonderful service and pleasant people. We came by car, so had our own transport. However, there is transport 3 times a day to go and come back from the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Cozzy place ; ok for the coast! Good view. Kind service. Good food not pricy! Micro climate: fresh air!

Good price for good quality. Great view for the sea and mountains. Quiet neighbourhood.

Amazing service :) great price. Very nice place!

Great apartments and good hosts, I hope that we also met expectations as good guests. All recommendations!

The food was really not the best. You could not pick what u wanted for breakfast and had to eat what was served which was always something with tomatoes and cucumbers, so no changes. There was not a single dish for dinner/lunch that I personally liked, you could pick between two dishes everyday and the meat smelled bad. Not to mention, if you wanted a drink to your meal you had to pay extra which...

Our room did not have a Sea view as advertised in the offer, and the A/C is not strong enough for the apartment. The appartment is fully equiped and has comfortable beds. It is very close to the beach and you can have a great walk to Utjeha Plaza for Bars and restaurant.

Nice, modern, well equipped apartments with breathtaking view to the sea. Everything is clean and organized. Also great for children with the pool, trambulin. The breakfast and dinner are delicious and variable. The owners are really nice and helpful, we felt like home! 😀 We spent a wonderful holiday here!🥰😍🤩

Hello, for those who want to know about this location: it's gorgeous! The location is very clean, equipped, overlooking the sea, and all the comforts. The hosts are wonderful people, bouncy and very nice, warm and welcoming. About the food: a delight, two courses every day, of your choice, always different, well cooked, tasty. Course 1, 2 and dessert. We had a wonderful time and will come back with...

It is a simple place where you can hire an apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are a little bit old, but we'll maintained and clean. There is an electrc heater for hot water. Air conditioner available, but we did not need to use. The fridge and stove in the kitchen was a little bit too old, but they work well. Kitchenware was adequate and quite new. They change the sheets and towels very often...

July 2025, we came here for family reunion, rented a villa. We had 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, terrace, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I would like to first of all say many thanks to the owners, the hospitality was the best we’ve encountered at the villa. We had a million dollar view, most beautiful seaside, small private beach! Really, 2 weeks gone by and we were amazed by the nature of the country...

We stay in “studio apartment wirh sea view” this apartment has so much space and has every machines that you need in a holiday. The private beach is also great.

I thought that I would have a vacation in a beautiful view, but with parents & kids who shout and jump into the pool every day from morning to evening...it was nervous and tiring. The people who working in this small hotel should regulate it because we all came here to have a holiday....as one Chechen mother of six children told me...well, they are just children...and her 6 kids jump and scream in...

Good view of the sea but the building and the rooms are worned down. No lights in the rooms, no dishes,, glasses. Like they will shut down and empty the place.

Basic furnishings. Could use some maintenance; broken shower, mold, shaky handrails, mediocre kitchen equipment, water in the kitchen not drinkable, mediocre patio chairs, some beds very soft, some pillows flat. 2 to 3 stars for this. However, the location/position is excellent and people super friendly. Therefore 4 stars.

Beautiful place. Rooms are nice and clean. The view is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Really nice place and location, On the coast of mediterranean sea.

Great place for family holidays in a beautiful location and very friendly staff 🫶🏻

Exlusive location, clean, very pleasant staf. All recommendations.

Very nice apartments. Every day cleaning. Super friendly staff who are always ready to help out. They also have private pool. Child friendly also. Located next to the sea with a beautiful view.

A very nice place to rest. Beautiful natural shade, comfortable deckchairs, swimming pool, showers, parking and everything close by and everything you need. Friendly staff, food quite ok. We will gladly come back here.

Nice little beach with a good restaurant and swimming pool, deckchairs with natural shade, great place

Apartments at a high level, beautiful views, tasty food, very friendly service. Clean, close to the beach, beach chairs, clean pool. I recommend.

I highly recommend Michael, his service and his place. Very nice, clean and comfortable. You may be picked up at the airport, stay in one of the apartments, use local phone, a car and internet navigation and get recommendations for nice trips! Looking forward to stay here again!

The apartments are spacious, very clean and offer everything you need. The equipment is very new and high quality. Micha ensured we have everything we need during our stay. Every week tours are offered. Micha is available to ensure that you have everything you need during your stay.

Small hotel - apartment. Located 15 minutes to the sea. There is a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic Sea. Surrounded by flowering trees and gardens. Predominant that lives in people and silence. Great place to relax with children.

Felt like we were at home. The hosts are amazing people. Location is great and quiet, beach view. Pool is awesome, with cool lights at night. And once again, very caring hosts. You can ask them anything and they will give it their all to help make your stay as best as possible. Rooms service always brings new towels and bed linen. Food is also really good, like home cooking.

The owners are fantastic people, really kind and helpful. Utjeha is a small village but with the best beaches and not a lot of people. The view from our apartment was stunning. The food was fine, the breakfast could have been in the form of a all-you-can-eat buffet. Highly recommend
