An extremely rude and unpleasant person, who simply cannot function as a host. Best STAY AWAY.

I had booked a room there in a WhatsApp chat with the owner, from the photos at his website's gallery all seemed fine! We've agreed on the price, €23 per day, all was well.

Last saturday evening I arrive there - and get shocked: save from a tiny opening to its side, the balcony is COMPLETELY blocked (see photos and vids) - a situation intentionally hidden from me (it cannot be inferred by looking at all those shiny nice photos at his website, of course, and he had never mentioned it even once). I protested, and he said, that for a week all other rooms are taken; furthermore, he then said, that cleaning and changing the bed linens occurs every 10(!!) days - and, seeing how shocked I was by that, he adds "okay, 7 - between 7 and 10, no more than 10"...

Then he went on to tell me about some particular Montenegrin requirements, from all foreigners coming to this tiny country, to pay(!) for their obligatory registry - well, that's not his fault, but the fault of this country as a whole, but if he knew about it, then Why Not Warning Me About It In Advance??

During the following days, whenever I had dared to point out, that he should have told me about that uniquely Montenegrin requirement, or that, had I known of the sad balcony situation, I would not have come, he either dismissed me, or became aggressive, claiming I should have studied all the intricacies of Montenegrin law before coming to this country, or that he already gives me a large discount for a long stay (as I had planned to stay at his place for 2½ months), so how dare I complain about ANYTHING, and how dare I expect that the bed linens would be changed more than once-a-week-to-ten-days (but no more than ten...), and also yelling about how dare I use the air-conditioner at a low temperature, the energy costs him so much...

I have lived at many such guesthouses, inns, bed-and-breakfasts, villas and pensions, and yet NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I ENCOUNTERED SUCH A "HOST". The only ray of light there is his employee, a kind elderly lady.

Eventually, on Tuesday evening, I wrote to him, politely pointing out what's been bothering me, and saying that I'm sorry, but I think I'd better leave in Saturday (after a week of staying there, that is). In response, the following day he wrote me that then I should leave on Thursday morning already, and don't I dare sending him another message (about the balcony, or anything else), lest he'll call the police, to find out "who I really am".

Then I have finally came to the conclusion, that I am dealing with an insane individual, who is mentally unwell, and so I'll be better checking out the following morning indeed.

Do not stay at his place.

The host Veselin is literally crazy!!!
We wanted to call a police, but one his neighbour told us, guys he is not good person please be careful because he is bully.
The beach is not 3 minutes like in desperation, much much more , like you can see in the picture.
His wife came at the apartment, after 5 minutes when we arrived and sited on the sofa 15-20 minutes.
In the building you don't have any privacy because he has cameras , that why we want ti call a police.
Terrible experience and we will never go to Montenegro again because of the bad hosting

The place has good rooms, clean, relatively well maintained. The host is terrible, has no respect to customers and was very rude to us because we had friends come over to the place to visit us. Threatened to kick us out in the middle of the night. Wouldn't recommend to stay here, there are millions of other friendly hosts in Becici.
