The hotel was clean and well-kept, and the staff were polite and helpful. When the air conditioner broke down, they managed to find a technician by 10 p.m., which we truly appreciated.

However, several issues affected our overall experience. The biggest drawback was the complete lack of an elevator. With three floors and luggage to carry, it was exhausting.

The bed was extremely squeaky—every time we turned over, it made so much noise that it woke up everyone in the room. There was also a separate room that was locked at first. When we opened it, it had a strong odor, no air conditioning, and was simply unusable.

Another major inconvenience was that there was no telephone in the room. Every time we needed to speak to reception (such as when the air conditioner broke), we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs, which was really frustrating.

Overall, while the hotel has some positive qualities, the lack of basic amenities and comfort significantly impacted our stay. If these issues were addressed, it could be a much better option.

Nice hotel with big rooms and a swimming pool which is its strong point. The cleaning service was worsening every day. The lady didn't make the beds and didn't change the towels. We had to ask her twice to change the bedsheets of kids. The food in the restaurant is basic, not very tasty. However, the personnel is very friendly and helpful, even if the waiters don't speak English nor Russian apart from the only Vladislav. In general, we passed good time there
