Radisson Resort Ruza Vjetrova in Dobra-Voda

I cancelled my reservation on time through Booking, but the hotel never replied to confirm it. Shortly after, I had a road accident in Albania and was unable to travel to Montenegro.
Despite this, the hotel marked the reservation as “honored”, claiming that I stayed there, which is completely false. I never arrived at the hotel and never checked in.
Since then, I have tried many times to contact them to correct this false information. I sent messages through Booking and emails directly to the hotel, but I have never received a single reply.
I am not even asking for a refund. I only want them to correct the fact that I never stayed there. It seems that once they received the payment, they stopped responding entirely. Very dishonest and extremely frustrating experience.

The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly and even threatened to call the security over a minor issue. The rooms were a decent size; however, the shower took a long time to become hot. The food in the restaurant was good but the staff behaved immaturely and didn't give guests any time to eat their food. This hotel has good amenities, including two swimming pools and a beach. Overall, the experience was poor and the service needs to improve.
