The location is fantastic; we checked in and parked without any problems. There's a gym, which we used in the morning. The breakfasts are amazing!! I really missed a delicious omelet and stewed cabbage. The cook here used to work in a kindergarten; that's the secret to the delicious food. The staff at both reception and the kitchen are incredibly friendly.
The rooms are cozy, with robes, slippers, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ours had a fantastic view of the sea.

A few minor downsides: the hotel wasn't prepared for the influx of tourists in the off-season; the shower water wasn't warm enough. The rooms also needed at least a bottle of water.

We loved everything! The room was comfortable and clean with a gorgeous sea view. A large, comfortable bed, white robes, slippers, and a delicious breakfast!
I'd especially like to mention the reception staff and the entire staff; they were very friendly and helpful.
I wish the hotel continued prosperity and many satisfied customers! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room is gorgeous, large and clean, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works smoothly and efficiently, and there's a balcony. It's a bit noisy from the road. The location itself is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, with a short promenade.

I loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff speaks Russian and the breakfasts are varied. The view is amazing!

Big room, inexpensive. Thats it for the positives.

Loud, tons of stray dogs barking all damn night. Rude locals, wayfinding and acess tough. Elevators underperforming. My shower was missing one wall.

Starting our stay with no water in our room, staff told us it has been a problem all summer, no water above level 5. Later that night no air conditioning, were we offered any compensation?

After making a fuss we could get another room next night at level 5, with water and AC!

Never accept a room above level 5

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the overall experience felt luxurious. My only minor complaint was the lack of complimentary bottled water, which would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay again!

Highly recommended!!!. Location for this hotel is only meters away from the beautiful and peaceful Sutomore beach. Ideal for winter or summer vacations either for solo travellers, couples or families. They served delicious and variety choices of healthty breakfast. Gym is also available on the ground floor. Staff were very helpful and speak English. All rooms were spacious and extremely value for money. We were thankful upgraded to the Presidential Suit/ penthouse on the 8th floor, you can experience almost 360° beautiful panorama hills, and Seaview uninterrupted. Additionally, Sutomore is only minutes away to the old city Bar, starigrad , Dobravoda and Sveti Stevan.
