Hotel Danica in Petrovac

At first glance, a nice hotel, close to the center. However, at second glance, it's a bit worn. The carpets in the hallways and stairwell are noticeably dirty. The room and bathroom are generally fine, but there are a few dirty spots, especially in the bathroom. The balcony faces a concrete wall (about 1-1.5 meters from the balcony door) with no real natural light, and the breakfast is okay but nothing special. The breakfast provided for an early departure was very mediocre, with considerable room for improvement.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at the Danica.
The facilities included everything you need. However, they were in a dated condition.
They urgently need to renovate and invest some money in the rooms. The hotel itself has great potential! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even moved our car and found us a parking space right in front of the door. (Please note: spaces are limited.) Unfortunately, there is no elevator. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the beautiful promenade in Petrovac. It gets very crowded in the evenings, but the atmosphere was great. Right next to the hotel, you can walk up a bit and reach a beautiful park that runs directly along a cliff and the beach. The path is worth it and I believe leads to other beaches. The view is phenomenal, and the cliffs are beautiful too! Just be careful not to slip ;-) The hotel's location is somewhat remote from the hustle and bustle of nature and is wonderful.
Breakfast:
The breakfast buffet was rather sparse in terms of selection. There wasn't a balanced diet, just absolute standards. No fresh juices or fruit either, only store-bought. The eggs were good, but otherwise, it really wasn't anything special, I'm afraid.

I can still recommend the Danica all-in-one and would come back. :-)
