Luxury Villa Balic

The staff is very friendly and always there if you need anything, the pool is great, the apartmant has a beautiful view of St. Stefan, the room is bright, there is free wi-fi 24/7. I will definitely come back again. THANK YOU SO MUCH.😍

Very nice and comfortable place. The villa is located 5 minutes from the sea, you can use the pool, there are several mini markets and many restaurants but the main thing is the friendly and hospitable owners of the villa. 50 meters away is the Mediteran Express stop which will take you to the city of Budva where there are many interesting locations and a large supermarket (DHL and others). Here you...

If you need wifi 24/7, then this is not the place for you. If you come to the sea with amazing views, then this place is great. The room has: cups, glasses, table, appliances, kettle, plates, turk, pots and pans, tiles, boiler, TV, small refrigerator, air conditioner, hairdryer, towels, bedding. Everything is clean, super. From what is not: soap, shampoo. There is a swimming pool, but in September...

Great views and nice pool. You pay for view and location. The price is too high considering. Rooms are very dated. No soap or shampoo provided. No front desk for help with questions. Towels feel like sandpaper. Ripped bedsheets. Loud, old aircon. Needs full remodel.

Oak Leaf Residences

Budva, Montenegro, Budva, Kuljace bb 🧭

🌞 From seashore 1.2 km

Absolutely incredible — truly unforgettable! Our stay at Oak Leaf Residences in Montenegro was beyond amazing. The villas are absolutely stunning — like a palace — and the views are to die for. Photos online simply don’t do them justice. The panorama is so vast and breathtaking that it’s something you can only truly appreciate in person. The location is epic, peaceful, and private, yet close to everything...

We had our wedding here, and it was simply an amazing experience. The venue itself is beautiful, and everything was thought out down to the smallest detail—there was no need for additional organization, as the stunning view alone made for a delightful time. Everything was spotless, and the fact that the washrooms were checked and cleaned throughout the wedding day was a thoughtful touch. The rooms...

First of all it’s location, the view from villa is unbelievable 😍 Celebrated my wedding here and it was the best decision for our intimate wedding.

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

Without a doubt, this hotel deserves attention! I came back here after several years and did not regret it! Everything is the same, comfortable and cozy! Privacy 100%! If you need a break from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you! Welcome!!! Many thanks to all the staff for the pleasure of the holiday! I will be happy to come back to you in the future!

Beautiful place with amazing view. Staff was always there to help. For recommendation!

Villa Dragana

Budva, Bečići Bb, 85310 Budva, Montenegro 🧭

🌞 From seashore 8 min

An exceptional villa, well equipped and perfectly positioned. Dragana was an incredibly kind host who made our stay extra special, baking a cake for my birthday and popping in to clean and provide fresh bedding and clean towels. I feel so blessed to have found this beautiful villa.

This feels like a very luxurious family home. Well appointed and a great location. However the real benefit of this place is the owner. A friendly and helpful lady who kept the place spotless, baked us a cake and made us feel right at home. A wonderful woman who made our holiday a pleasure. Montenegro is definitely a place to come back to and this is where I'm staying again! Thankyou

Great villa, really wonderful service.

Very quiet and relaxing area. Great host 👌

Everything perfect. The house offers a fantastic private swimming pool, has 3 large bedrooms and each room with its own bathroom, a huge living room that is very bright and well cared for in every detail, the kitchen complete with everything (really everything) also has a laundry room, private parking for 2 cars, a gym. Welcoming us was the owner Dragana, a very kind lady and always available for anything...

Skadar lake shore 1.1 km

We thought we'd take a short walk along the road that leads from Virpazar to visit the winery. The owner was outside and welcomed us in. He seemed happy to talk about his wine, although his answers were quite abrupt, but I think this has more to do with cultural differences rather than personality. We asked to sample the white and rose wine. He provided a small sample of each which were poured into...

This was a little paradise near Lake Skadar. The property was beautifully laid out, with two different pools (one per every four villas), surrounded by vines, a patio for meals with a beautiful view. They make bikes available so you could bike down to the lake (a flat...

Great stay at Eco Villas Merak! Very comfortable villas, amazing to have the swimming pool right in front of your door, and we enjoyed a friendly and free wine tasting with the owner. Good dinner and breakfast also on offer, served at the beautiful terrace overlooking the mountain! :) thank you!

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was wonderful. We felt like part of the family. There is a free wine tasting for the guests. It is a lovely place and we would always come back.

Wonderful place !!! The hosts are so nice, they take care of the guests. There is free bike for visit the village or the vineyard around. The view is just magic with a perfect swimming-pool ! We stay three nights but it's not enough ;)

We were only here for 1 night but wish we could've stayed longer! Villas are perfect and the view surround the pool is even better. We had a lovely time wine tasting and eating the lovely food they cooked for us.

There are pros and cons. The rooms need a more recent renovation, the bed linen is also not very new, small towels, the TV did not work, but we came to the sea, so we did not pay attention to these shortcomings. The owner was friendly.

Good location is the only plus. If you go there just for an overnight stay, then ok. The villa has a lot of small jambs that can be easily fixed and everything will be ok. Small ants in the rooms bit us. Old bed linen that hasn't been changed once in a week. Dirty old towels that have not been changed for a week. Air conditioning that works in two modes of freezer and hellish heat. The stove that does...

After reading the bad reviews I was very worried about going. We rest with a child of 3 years on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea, the road is gentle, it does not exhaust (even a child). On the way to the beach cafes and shops, very convenient. Check-in: there were problems, the rooms were not ready, they waited about an hour...

Beautifull view , beautifull scenery , one of the best apartements i ve been. Hosts are very kind and willing to help with anything. Overall 10/10

Good value, convenient location The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and well appointed. Great value and location well situated to walk to most restaurants, old town, etc. The neighborhood was a tad noisy at times with barking dogs in surrounding homes and buildings. There is a nice casual bbq restaurant next door to hotel called Eatsy that made it convenient to grab a meal or drink...

Beautiful experience to be up in the hill with nobody around you , just you and your peace . The nature and the views are unbelievable. The hosts are also great and they do a very good job cleaning the place and helping you out if you need anything . Overall i would recommend this place to everybody .

Great location! Walking distance to everything.

The villa was beautiful even more beautiful than in the photos, surrounded by nature. Inside, the house is very well equipped with all useful utensils The hosts are wonderful people, available and ready to help. We forgot a suitcase and Vladimir helped and followed us in all the steps of the expedition. The villa was certainly an excellent choice, which we would gladly make again.

I had a super stay in the beautiful and well-kept villa Hrarbri Vuk. The host was very friendly and helped us discover the best of the region. The villa is not too far from the beautiful town of Budva, easy to do with a taxi. There is a lot to see in the region, definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely recommendable. Let me emphasize, there is also a washing machine, which I believe is one of the most important things for parents with children. We will definitely come back again. There is also parking.

The hotel staff is very friendly, wonderful and kind people who are available 24 hours a day. We are very satisfied. It is close to the beach, the accommodation is clean and tidy, all recommendations.

Everything is clean, tidy and fragrant. That's our first impression. The hosts are really nice people who were always available to us. Big greetings from Daca, Djolet and Danica. Thank you once again. ❤️

The rooms are very neat, perfectly equipped with a beautiful view of the sea. A real paradise for the soul while watching the beautiful sunset! The hosts are very kind and full of positive energy. In a word, we felt like at home! I would recommend everyone to visit these beautiful apartments! The place is very beautiful and peaceful for a real vacation!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Amazing place to stay for 10 days had a great time 🙌🏻

Beautiful and clean apartment with a pool. Our host was extremely nice and helpful. We would absolutely recommend it since it is also very affordable :)

Pleasant stay, the only downside was not having a car as it's a bit far from the center... Everything was spotless and very well equipped for a more than reasonable price...

Very nice villa. The pool is also awesome. The rooms are very nicely decorated and actually look much better than the photos on the internet suggest. The villa is located slightly above the bay, so you have a wonderful view from here.

This place is for every recommendation, my choice and for next year ❤

Clean modern apartments with all the conveniences and a friendly/welcoming family acting as hosts. A great choice as a place to stay in the town, and only ten minutes walk to the old town and seafront.

Great place ,clean and family friendly

This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step...

Marvelous small hotel above the old city with a superb breakfast and close to beaches and old city.

Wszystko nam się podobało. Bardzo dobra cena, piękne widoki, przestronne pokoje. Atutem obiektu jest super gościnność i pomoc gospodarzy. Zapewniony parking przy samym domu. Duże ogrodzone podwórko.

Perfect accommodation in the heart of Ulcinj. Beautiful sea view and cozy garden. Pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Friendly, gentle and professional owners! We are looking forward to visit Poborska villa again next year.

Superb 3 bed villa in a great location, the view across the bay is fantastic, and only a short walk to Porto Montenegro. Has everything you need. Beds are huge and comfortable, showers are great. Highly recommend.

It is a charming place, beautifully located. James was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice whenever we needed and helping to organise things. The house is perfect, especially if you enjoy cooking during your holidays and nice walks near the sea. Lovely experience!

Such a beautiful little haven. We had to work temporarily for this week abs the house was well equipped. It also had aircon which was a treat during the hot evenings. There is a church bell right adjacent which rings every half hour but it’s not excessive. The staff were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our additional requests.

Great place we were looking forward to. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute due to Covid measures. Owner showed flexibility and offered full refund. We'll book when possible again.

We had booked Villa Ruza for 4 weeks in July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to go, but the owner reached out to us at a very early stage offering a full refund in case we wanted to cancel and leaving the offer open right up to our departure date. That was a great comfort to us, and all in all the owner has been outstanding during the entire process. We will certainly book Villa...

We were unable to visit Villa Ruza this year because of Covid 19 travel restrictions. However, the owner was extremely helpful when we first booked, and very understanding when we had to cancel. We’re looking forward to booking again, and staying when restrictions are lifted.

This was my 2nd time staying at Villa Stari Mlin and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The house is gorgeous and pristine, with the most gorgeous views. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful, and made the experience all the more special.

Our October holiday to Lustica Peninsula was superb. First time to Montenegro. The Villa Stari Mlin was delightful, full of character with beautiful interiors along with the stunning exterior. Views are truly magnificent. Thank you for the wonderful holiday.

We had a small wedding at the Villa. The setting and weather were perfect and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. There are great views from the verandah and by the pool over Lustica Bay.
