The hotel does not own or does not operate most of the parts that are in the description. The beautiful beach and the surroundings, the peace and clean sea can compensate disadvantages of the hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and I did not want to leave! The room was fresh and clean. It was also cleaned daily. All the personal in this hotel made the visit super, the cleaners was very nice and sweet, and the guys who worked in the reception made our stay feel personal and we felt very welcome! We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Hotel Eleven and can 100% recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Petrovac. Vlado and the team are excellent and looked after us extremely well. Sometimes when You are lucky, You came across places and people that make You feel like You belong there. Rivijera has all You need for perfect vacation. Quit and peaceful shade(pine forest) with pools for families with young children. Food and service are great. Beach and water are beyond any expectation. All in all we are super satisfied.

I think it's a little sad that the pictures on Google don't compare with the real image. It's a really clean appartement and the service from the 2 girls is amazing! But for appartement for 4 persons would it be Nice to have 4 chairs on the terras. And 4 plates of everything in the kitchen. But at the end we had a great Holliday in Petrovac!

Location is very good, 4 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is clean, ac is working, towels and sheets are changed by needs. Hotel is family owned and you can ask any question or make arrangement. They are all very friendly. Parking is included and is located directly across the hotel. Breakfast is buffet with mostly homemade dishes.

Very nice view from the balcony. The sea is not far, 10-15 minutes. The washing machine is of poor quality, it practically does not wash, there is no washing powder. The beds delivered are also bad. There is a working dishwasher and air conditioning.

We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. In our circuit through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we arrived in Petrovac at Hotel Vila Oliva 4*. Here we were accommodated in a comfortable bungalow. The hotel has an great hall for breakfast and dinner. We were satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the variety of the food. I can recommend this hotel to the people who come in this area.

This a great hotel, we had a lovely stay here. We unfortunately arrived a few hours later than planned but the staff were kind enough to wait for us at reception. They were even kind enough to provide late checkout and even the option to extend our stay if needed. The rooms are clean and cosy, the spa and massages are relaxing.
