We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed and the well functioning air-conditioning. Shops and restaurant were just 100 m away. Everything else also within walking distance. Petrovac is a nice little town.

Location is very good, 5 min walk from both of the beaches. Situated in a qiuet part of a city, there is no outside noise whatsoever. Staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness was certainly above average.

We stayed for 10 nights and weren't disappointed. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staff is polite and helpful. Food is fresh and tasty. Real coffee - in a bar, not a problem at all. Cocktails were good. We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. In our circuit through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we arrived in Petrovac at Hotel Vila Oliva 4*. Here we were accommodated in a comfortable bungalow. The hotel has an great hall for breakfast and dinner. We were satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the variety of the food. I can recommend this hotel to the people who come in this area.

Good choice for an overnight stay in Petrovac. Ten minutes walk to the beach. Park on the street in front of the building. Comfortable room with balcony. Friendly host. We had a wonderful stay here! Vaso and his family were very welcoming and cheerful. The room was great and we had an incredible view. It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

+: Close to the beach, with many beaches nearby, a kiosk, and restaurants. Parking is available in front of the building for an extra charge. Excellent bus connections to Budva. -: There are many privately owned beaches in the direction of Budva. This doesn't directly affect the accommodation, but it's a general issue in the area.

The apartment is though to reach (Google maps) because the road there is extremly!!! narrow and stiff. 😱 The room was clean, landlord was friendly and the price was good. The bathroom is only one for many rooms, so I recommand wake up early. 😀

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.
