From what is not: soap, shampoo. There is a swimming pool, but in September...

Great views and nice pool. You pay for view and location. The price is too high considering. Rooms are very dated. No soap or shampoo provided. No front desk for help with questions. Towels feel like sandpaper. Ripped bedsheets. Loud, old aircon. Needs full remodel.

First of all it’s location, the view from villa is unbelievable 😍 Celebrated my wedding here and it was the best decision for our intimate wedding.

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

Without a doubt, this hotel deserves attention! I came back here after several years and did not regret it! Everything is the same, comfortable and cozy! Privacy 100%! An exceptional villa, well equipped and perfectly positioned. Dragana was an incredibly kind host who made our stay extra special, baking a cake for my birthday and popping in to clean and provide fresh bedding and clean towels. I feel so blessed to have found this beautiful villa.

This feels like a very luxurious family home. Well appointed and a great location. However the real benefit of this place is the owner. A friendly and helpful lady who kept the place spotless, baked us a cake and made us feel right at home. A wonderful woman who made our holiday a pleasure. Montenegro is definitely a place to come back to and this is where I'm staying again! Thankyou

There are pros and cons. The rooms need a more recent renovation, the bed linen is also not very new, small towels, the TV did not work, but we came to the sea, so we did not pay attention to these shortcomings. The owner was friendly.

Good location is the only plus. If you go there just for an overnight stay, then ok. The villa has a lot of small jambs that can be easily fixed and everything will be ok. Small ants in the rooms bit us. Old bed linen that hasn't been changed once in a week. Dirty old towels that have not been changed for a week. Air conditioning that works in two modes of freezer and hellish heat. The stove that does...

After reading the bad reviews I was very worried about going. We rest with a child of 3 years on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea, the road is gentle, it does not exhaust (even a child). On the way to the beach cafes and shops, very convenient. Check-in: there were problems, the rooms were not ready, they waited about an hour...
