Just like the pictures on the internet. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern and beautiful, they have a garage in the basement for storing bikes or SUP. Great.

A very nice hotel, we enjoyed the two weeks spent there. We would gladly choose it again. Everything is new, clean, plenty of space for the parking, has a pool, it is close to a supermarket and to a restaurant with woderful food and good prices.

We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed and the well functioning air-conditioning. Shops and restaurant were just 100 m away. Everything else also within walking distance. Petrovac is a nice little town.

Location is very good, 5 min walk from both of the beaches. Situated in a qiuet part of a city, there is no outside noise whatsoever. Staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness was certainly above average.

I'm not sure what means "better" word from name of this place, but it's like motel: no room service or meal service, broken room door lock etc. But still, it's nice to stay here - a quiet and comfortable place, a beautiful landscape and spacious rooms for reasonable price.

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. Hotel is a bit older but our room was very nice, we had a view to the sea and park in front of the hotel. Service is so so, not very clean, for example we got towels that were questionably washed.. Location is great

I stayed there for a week and honestly it's not a bad hotel but the rooms have some broken furniture and you can't drink the water in the hotel. In some rooms the beds are comfy and in others they aren't and some rooms have bigger balconies with chairs and a table, while other rooms have the smallest balcony ever. Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food. Skip Budva and come stay here instead! It was fabulous. The view from our room (designated sea view) was breathtaking. Service was great, Vokmin went out of his way to make our stay great, arranging a last- minute early check-in by prioritizing room cleaning when our bus arrived way early. We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. The gym was well equipped , Sauna / Steam rooms pools all included, the location is ideal really close to the beach front full of nice restaurants are favourites were Cantina and Medittaraneo , really recommend a stay here.

The pool was green and unusable and the property was listed as being on the beach but was actually a ten minute walk the property also boasts a poolside bar, wine tasting room, dining, and a host of nearby attractions that so not exist.

There is no better place and service in Petrovac. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Portion are large and prices are normal compared to some other restaurants. Service is best here, especially Zoran and his colleague in afternoon shift. Pozdrav za Zorana i kolegu Nikola i Branka.

We were here a few years ago. It was beautiful. Accommodation is literally on the beach! You don't need umbrellas or deckchairs 😊 It has a huge communal terrace with a summer kitchen. The landlady is a very kind and hard-working woman. I was ashamed, because she washed our dishes every day, maintained the apartment, threw away the trash...
